    Bought this gaming desktop for my son because of good reviews. We were excited when we got it, unfortunately this pc won’t turn on, check all the connection, power supply, even my electrical outlet. Removed all the cables from power supply to harddisk and motherboard hoping it will turn on. Spent an hour checking all connections, nothing it is a waste of time.

    My graphics card went out in the first month not the best computer but not the worst they did send me a new one for free.

    I have problem with the tower don’t come fix right. But now run good I spend more money fixed but

    Item did not work upon arrival.

    The computer did not connect to my monitor. It was plugged in to the GPU. Tried everything. Different cables, unplugged the GPU and plugged it back in. Everything else powers on from the Motherboard. Either it is a faulty motherboard or a bad graphics card. Either way, I was shipped a defective product for my home office. This is not the level of service I expect from Best Buy or it's Vendors. Item will be returned tomorrow. Cyberpower PC, is the party at fault. Not BBY.

    I decided to buy this pc because it had what I thought were good graphics and ram but turns out that it was not and it was really slow. I could not even load google chrome on the device.

    Just bought this and would not power on!

    I spent hours checking every connection , power outlet , cable , screw you name it trying to get this to power on. I contacted geek squad and he said “ did you check the power cord ?” Yes . Then he said I can take it in to get it repaired and sent me a link to no shops taking appointments for repairs ! So I spent another hour giving this a chance hoping maybe I missed something . Nope still didn’t power on. I will be returning it tomorrow and having to buy it all over again and buy the protection plan again and wasting more time and money.

    Arrived in terrible condition

    Computer arrived with RAM stick not in the slot and freely bouncing around the case, with one of the fan props as well. I don't know if this was due to poor assembly or delivery. One of the side plate screws was torqued on so tight that it actually caved in the metal. After putting the RAM and fan back together I attempted to turn on the computer but it would not make any connection to the monitor, no idea if this was a dead video card or Mobo but at this point I told the Customer Rep I didn't even want an exchange. Extremely disappointed with CyberPower and unfortunately will be moving on to a different company.

    This PC Sucks and so does best buy

    This is the worst Pc I have ever owned, I bought in August of 2020 I have literally used it about 7 times and it does not want to power on. I was advised to not purchase the geek squad plan because it was not needed since product is under manufacture warranty for the first year. The rep did not tell me I had a limit as to when I could buy the geek squad plan. Now I am stuck with Cyberpowers warranty which is horrible I have to pay and ship this brand new broke down desktop from Texas to California!! Dissapointing is not even the right word.

    Two different ones and neither worked

    I recieved two of these, one from the initial purchase and the next after refunding the first. The first would not recognize any network devices and I went through hours of multiple customer service and them sending me a new wifi card to still end up having to refund it. I then recieved the second one, believing it was a rare malfunction, to have it not turn on at all. I liked the look of the pc and the specs but I've gone through about of month of customer service and sending things places for a product that costs about $1,000 and doesn't even work.

    Wireless adapter is broken. Will not activate. Told to go to Geek Squad - had to wait 3 weeks. Then Geek Squad refused to look at PC. Now past return date - no help from anyone. This is the worst experience I've had with Best Buy - ever

    Bought Twice Broken Both Times

    DO NOT BUY. I bought this PC twice and had to return twice. The first time everything was fine for 2 days, until it just stopped working and would not turn back on. I bought it a 2nd time and it came in the mail w one of the fans broken off on the inside. Best Buy would not fix it for free (corporate said they would, but brought it to the store and they said no). I would give 0 stars if I could. Terrible buying experience.

    This computer seemed to be great until it shut off and wouldn’t come back on. Geek squad was great. They looked at it and said there was nothing they could do so they replaced it with a slightly better PC at the same price.
