SSD boot drive failed from the start.
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’m so sad right now!! Ok so first, when I got the pc delivered I plugged it in and it got to the set up for windows and while I was putting info in I got the Blue screen:.( after the pc crashed and restarted, it only went to bios on startup. After digging around I found that the m.2 boot drive was nowhere to be found. Only the 1tb hdd was showing up. So I thought maybe the ssd needed to be initialized due to some last minute programming on it before being shipped and maybe I could fix it by installing windows 10 on the hdd and then fixing the ssd. So I get my usb windows installation dongle and plug it in and then can’t install windows because the hdd was GPT. Had to get into the command prompt via the usb installation and change it to MBR. Finally, I was able to install windows on hdd but when I tried to initialize the ssd it wasn’t showing up on windows or BIOS at all!! Therefore, the m.2 is dead . . I contacted cyberpowerpc but have not heard back from them yet. It’s a very sad day I might have to return this sold out pc :..( if everything worked as planned this is definitely a 8.5/10 system. Hoping I can get a new ssd replacement or something. It was really frustrating to say the least. Will change review to 5 stars if I can get some help. I understand things like this happen...

Great!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Plays all the games that I want to play. Seamless setup and for an inexperienced person (like myself) about gaming computers, it's great to have something that is plug and go. Happy with it so far!

Badbatch? CyberPower some repair/assembly required
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The overall rating of this is solely the product. As a first time buyer of CyberPowerPC, this has been has been the lowest quality of the prebuilt desktop I have encountered. I have owned around three and returned two including this one. I will start with the good, delivery was good. It could've arrive three days sooner than expected, but to due weather restriction cancelled that opportunity. The box arrived very well maintain. desktop chassis did not show any damages. During unpacking there was rattling inside and found that the extra 1TB HDD only had one screw on, it physically shows three screws on each side to mount it properly. The loose screw was lodged inside the PSU and wouldn't come out easily. I had to unscrew the fan side metal protection piece to get that one screw out. If I was building this myself, I would have just had one screw on each side. Coming from the manufacturer it should have the correct amount of screws or whatever part it needed. All fans were working, but no LED was an easy loose connection. One of the Fans screw was tightened crooked which did not secure the fan firmly to the chassis. Main issues are GPU and M.2 Storage. I did not notice the artifacts until the screen turn black on me. While I was in the process of the Windows set up it worked just fine. After I installed CPUZ, HWmonitor, Chrome, and Battlenet along with the Windows updates is when issues started to show left and right. Settings window or Right clicking the This PC to get the system information was impossible. it would open the window and instantly close. I had to google windows download drivers tool and follow direction to get the computer to repair itself. I was able to fix that and able to see the settings window normally. So I restarted and which is when I notice artifacts on the monitor so I let it continue to to sign in, eventually I opened battlenet to sign in, black screen happened. Pretty much it would black screen randomly from the boot up to clicking something once I signed in. I have verified that it was not my 44in curve monitor nor my Asus 24in having the issues. I troubleshooted to the point removing and reinserting the GPU and or the M.2 with GTX 1650 super and or flash drive. At the very end, installing my GTX 1650 and my m.2 solved the issues above. I believe the the m.2 and the Asus RTX 3060ti was just plain faulty. I was just one of the one that received the product from the company assembly that did not properly assembled this thing or blame it on the delivery, inside was definitely package well though. All these thing for a prebuilt with 5 hours of troubleshooting should not be necessary. I only know the basics of computers so that's all I could explain about this. I did take photos, I will upload it later if I am able to. I considered a replacement since all these shortages and all. I will update this review when I get the second delivery which will be Feb 17th.

Great gaming PC
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great build quality, good off the shelf parts and the best part, I'm not waiting for stock to build my own. As for price, with the tariff increases coming, this was a no-brainer.

Very Disappointed...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Been searching for a great Gaming PC for months and I thought I found a great deal for a PC especially for a 30 series GPU! Purchased it and picked it up a week after and I got home immediately to turn the “beauty” on. I plugged everything in switched it on and pressed the power button, and what do you know, the PC wouldn't turn on... opened the case to check for any loose wires but everything seemed plugged correctly... after closing the case somehow the PC turned on its own??? So I tried plugging up my monitor but no display... few seconds later the PC turned off ON ITS OWN... the PC kept turning on and off on it own until finally it stopped turning on... so I went to best buy the next day to see if I can get it exchanged and sadly they could not due to no stocks... the best I got was a refund and no PC... reeeeeally disappointed... does best buy even check if the PCs work before selling them??

Good bang for your buck, Cir. Jan 2021.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Fantastic build for the price (circa 2021, GPU shortage is severe). Fans are quiet enough. Oddly enough, mine came with side fans facing inside as they should. No complaints.

Some issue
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ram wasn't installed just laying randomly on the bottom and i had a black screen for the 1st view mins. i thought it was defective ended up just being a lose GPU. Also, the back is bent making it hard to install the hdmi. Overall, though everything runs well and the graphics are amazing.
