The PC arrived very promptly and runs like a dream. The price is also amazing for the performance considering the costs of current gen GPUs.

So far so good. Setup was easy and everything was packed nice and tight. I appreciate the packing foam inside the case surrounding the GPU.

so far so good - device was shipped intact. parts are connected in the correct spot, and the OS is close to vanilla.

It's nice, and it works, but not what I expected. My old computer had lower specs but handled gaming and streaming a lot smoother than this new one does. Somewhat disappointing as this was the whole reason for "upgrading". Really felt like a downgrade, though.

I bought this computer in early February. The only reason this is not getting a one star review is because the computer ran great and graphics were ultra on everything. Why this review is getting two star is because the computer lasted 2 months before it quite displaying picture. The return period is 2 weeks so now I had to spend an extra 100$ to send this package back to the manufacturer and wait for my computer to be fixed. For the money spent I am not happy.

**Major Issues with this PC** Be warned** So far I have had to return 2 of this model PC back to Best Buy, the 1st one I got looks like it have been dropped kicked, when I opened the box there where a lot of loose pieces and broken pieces inside the PC, after I was able to secure all that, the computer had issues where it would just restart. The GPU fans would go full blast and the screen would say "no signal" this happened on the very first day we had it. So after less than a week I returned it to Best Buy, thought maybe it was just damaged from shipping so I had Best Buy order be another one......Welp the 2nd PC came it everything looked good until I plugged it up, that is when all the issues started....again....the GPU would continually lock up and you would have to restart the PC 4-5 times before you could even get it to come back on.....so after 2 days I returned the 2nd one and I am done with CybePowerPC, so be warned if you buy this PC, expect to have problems sooner rather than later.

Oh man, for the price I got it for a long time ago. I really am happy.
