    Motherboard ISSUES

Computer will randomly crash, booting to BIOS. Did this several times and found out the Motherboard was not only sent with an outdated version (F2, meanwhile F3 was the 'First Launch Release' and currently on F5b), the Model # of the Motherboard has been changed. B460M DS3H AC V2-Y1 when it is supposed to EXCLUDE the "-Y1". The Y1 has been added at some point in transit from the Motherboard manufacturer to myself. Don't know if it is CyberPowerPC altering the Model # or what, but it is keeping me from being able to update my BIOS to potentially fix the random crashes. Can not get ahold of CyberPowerPC Support to help.

Awesome PC for the price! Im giving them 2 stars though because the GPU arrived broken... I would at least expect them to make sure the components work before sending them out. Also, I'm having to pay for shipping the part back to them for a replacement. This is not what I expect after receiving a defective item. Other than that, the PC looks great! let's just hope everything else works when I get the new GPU back. I'll update the review accordingly.

Poor quality while at the same time being beautiful. Random black screens as have been mentioned by another reviewer. The fans go full blast and the pc become unresponsive after it black screens. You have to hold down the power button to get it to stop. It happens at random times.

They changed the part number of the motherboard so the motherboard manufacturer website doesn’t recognize the model of motherboard and I can’t update my Bios And the computer shipped with a outdated bios, The restart your computer feature doesn’t work. And I have to un plug and re plug for computer to stay. I have been trying to call CyberPower over the phone and they say 3 minute wait time and They never come to the phone

    An Engineers Professional Review

Incredible value, the price is not gouged despite the 3000 series Nvidia GPUs being in extremely high demand. However, this device is easily rendered useless due to the poor air flow cooling regardless of fan speed. The NVMe drive that has your Windows OS by default, is located directly above the GPU. When the GPU heats up to approximately 70 degrees celcius for an extended time, as if playing a AAA game, the NVMe disconnects and the motherboard loses site of it. This results in a crash and constant reboot back to the BIOS unless you let the NVMe cool off or reseat the device. This flaw unfortunately renders the device unusable and inevitably degrades the life of the motherboard and NVMe with all components inside of the poorly cooled and put together components. Get a professionals opinion prior to purchasing prebuilt computers. Unless you are scalping 3000 cards.

While the computer is a great value the problem is it’s a compete crapshoot if it works or not. Mine was broken and the only option was return.

Super excited when I first received the PC. First thing I noticed right out of the box is something was loose inside. Like a screw was rolling around. I didn't think much of it and hooked it up and tested it out. It worked great for 2 days before the motherboard died on me. I took it to the GEEK Squad and they told me it wasn't holding power and that I had a defective machine. Luckily I got a full refund and I was extremely upset that, according to reviews, happens to several people. BE CAUTIOUS WITH THIS PC.

    Avoid CyberPower PC

This computer, as well as the customer service from CyberPowerPC have both been a nightmare. A few weeks after I bought it I started experiencing random blue screen crashes. I was then informed by CyberPowerPC that I would need to pay to send the PC to them myself in order to have the PC repaired - which I did at a cost of over $100. The PC came back with the same issue a month later. Now, CyberPowerPC refuses to issue a refund, and I am stuck with a defective product after spending $100 on top of what I already paid for the PC to receive "repairs". Avoid this company and their products at all costs. Bestbuy has been equally unhelpful and I am stuck with a broken PC and out over $1000.

Had this computer for about 5 days and i had about 4 blue screens and 5 crashes. For 1400$ pc just was not worth it. This was my 2nd Cyberpower pc purchased in the month of Jan and had to return both of them in less than a week time due to issues. I know for me im just gonna stay away from cyberpower all together.

I got this on 2/11. It crashed 3 times since. Best Buy says they are not allowed to repair them in house and I was directly told by the geek squad that they don't recommend these because they skimp on quality. At least I was within my two weeks so I had better be getting a full refund.

I bought this computer two months ago and it ran perfect until a month after using it started blue screening I took it twice to the best buy where I picked it up and they really couldn't solve the issue and really couldn't tell me what could be causing the computer to blue screen. I am now trying to see if I could get help from cyberpowerpc technical support hopefully they could help me.

When I first got it I was excited because I was able to play all the games I want and everything is smooth. Then after 2 months I turned my pc on and while I was on the phone—blue screen popped and I was sent to Gigabyte and wants me to update my bios but I can’t. So I’m stuck at the Gigabyte screen forever.

Well let me tell you that i was excited about the specs on this computer and then was severely let down after about 3 days when the computer would reboot and sit there at the bios... Apparently the computer did not recognize any hard drives on the computer. I would reboot and sometimes it would find the hard drive and sometimes not. Returned the computer and got my refund.
