Is an overall good PC, but the SSD died just after 4 months of owning the PC. The manufacturer's warranty is practically useless. I would not recommend this PC unless you plan on upgrading certain parts eventually or you get the best buy warranty. Very disappointed how short of a time the PC lasted before I had to buy a new part.

Would not recommend anything from CyberPower. Had the computer 1 month, constant shutoffs within 5 minutes from overheating, unusable. Waited 3 hours with customer service finally to be told I have to pay $100 to ship it to them. Terrible all around.

Worked fine at first. Wont turn on after a week of use. Would not recommend this computer. If you recently purchased it, return while you still can. You might run into a similar issue.

I guess they couldn't test the thing. The GPU kept disconnecting due to an error. Wouldn't work even after fresh install of OS and drivers.

I purchased the CyberPowerPC gamer Xtreme Had it for a month and it crashes twice already. I want my money back.

Terrible. It was a door stop from the moment it arrived. Didn't turn on despite all attempts.

It stopped working after 3 days and then i was told it was unfixable.

This thing is an absolute monster for it's price. I could install COD Cold War in just under half an hour with a 25mb/s connection and got around 120fps on high settings with ray tracing. 100% worth the buy!

This is a great product. This PC works veey good and very fast.

Coming from a 13 year old tech reviewer this pc is pretty good for it's price range considering the fact that all the new 30's series graphics cards are out of stock so far pretty good and I cannot lie it run's games really good but there is a few cons with this pc but i can't lie for this price it's a steal.

The system is fast and smooth. And the graphics when playing games are great, but I don't play intensive games to begin with. Also, the quality of the hardware is great. I'm very happy with my purchase.

This PC is amazing!!! Everything on this PC is solid!!! The MSI GTX 3060ti is amazing!!! Everything is running amazing and have had not issues. The box that it came in was packaged very well and really impressed!!! Also shout out to Best Buy for getting it to me a day early!!!

This computer is AWESOME! It comes out the box like a bat out of hell, it's incredibly fast and for the price there is NOTHING else on the market like this. If you are considering purchasing a computer, give this one a shot. It will not disappoint!

It worked great out of the box but the box was severely dented to the point where I could put my finger through one of the wholes on the edge, if you receive a gigabyte I would upgrade because mine decided to just not work and go to bios everytime I wanted to use it (fixed the problem by going to the last safe load in bios) the computer itself works great cpu and gpu both exceded my expectations went from a rx560 and 2300x (from same company) to this I can 100% say I would recommend to a friend if they we're picking it up in store just not delivery the pc I ordered before was in the same condition as well

This desktop is so powerful, that I don't need to want for more performance anymore. I can basically run any and all games at ultra settings, paired with a high fps. i highly recommend. BUY BUY BUY

The computer was extremely easy and fast to setup. I have only been using it for a couple of days but have maxed out the graphics on the games I have played and it runs like a champ. Great PC!

This PC took 10 days to ship (not even to home but to store) and eventually ended out having a part or two defective. It ran fine for a couple of hours, I played a couple of games and it was a little loud but not too bothersome. Out of nowhere, it black screen and the fans went to full speed and wouldn't stop until shutting off my pc. I attempted to use the pc for a little bit but every 15 minutes it would continually black screen and do the same thing. I brought it to the store and they said they can't ship me another since its sold out. So basically, I waited 10 days just to get a pc that is defective AND they aren't able to ship me another. I doubt i'll even be able to get another one since they come out for an hour one every two weeks and get sold out fast. The funniest part about this is that it also went up in price $50. The refund desk lady said that it must've been on sale when it clearly wasn't. I've also noticed almost every desktop gaming pc went up in price $50 to $100 more, maybe even $150 more. But the honest review, it could've been really good if it didn't end up defective with trash customer support. 3000 series cards are hard to come across and the PC seemed well cooled and was cold to the touch. I think the PSU that mine came with was defective, but I also read that some MSI cards (such as the one mine came with) have really poor thermal paste on the card which causes these black screen and gpu full fan speeds to occur. I hoped for better , but don't forget, this is a prebuilt. They put in a couple good parts, then a couple of crappy parts such as their power supply and motherboard which are usually low quality. I wish I could've gotten my hands on a non-defective one.

great buy, wanted to play some of the more demanding games with out dropping 2k plus. i think this was a good choice.
