    2nd one in less than a month and it was defective as well. Customer service is a joke and they want to ship me a 3rd one as a replacement. I'm done with Best Buy. I even bought the protection plan which did me no good.

    This is a horrible machine. It has a problem where it will completely shut itself down in the middle of a video or game without any sort of prompt. The game or video will be running and then the screen goes completely black with the entire system shutting itself down. I have to manually hold the power button to turn it off and on again. I am extremely disappointed with this product. My old system with a NVIDIA 1660 vastly more stable. Stay away from this pile of trash.

    Video card is iffy. It should be plenty capable but the screen blacks out here and there for a couple of seconds. Updating the driver takes over an hour.

    Power supply NOT adequate for this GPU and CPU

    Using this computer as a gaming only computer. It constantly has power failures and come to find out, the cheap power supply (APEVIA ATX-PR850W) is no way configured correctly to handle the other components in this computer. The fact that CyberPowerPC's try to get away with cheap and inferior power supplies that cost $50 less than reliable brands more capable is ridiculous! This is a very well known issue that you can easily check on multiple websites and I wish I would have know this beforehand. Its likely the reason they don't list the power supply in their specifications which is also a bit shady!

    I have this pc even upgraded the storage but it honestly is the worst pc I ever had in my life, even my laptop worked better. Yes it can handle games with little to no lag but it has a price on it. The price is that it constantly crashes, or bluescreens, or gives errors.

    I had purchased this and within 2 days I had returned it. I was having issues in every possible manner. My WiFi card was terrible, giving me no reception anywhere I placed it in my house, and all the ethernet ports are used for work reasons. The GPU was messing with my monitor to such a high degree, to where even the settings were being messed up by this. When I brought it into Geek Squad, the representative said some of these issues were very common in this brand of PC. I would not recommend to others. The price for the technology listed is wonderful, nothing else about it was. Research more about this brand if you wish to get this.

    I cannot give a good review since i had to return it after trying everything to make it work without intermittent shutting down or going to the sleep mode with no reason. Sometimes I had to hard start the computer in order to start it again.

    PC has massive manufacturing issue, cant plug in any monitor cables. GPU ports are obstructed by PC case.

    DO not Buy this. The panels are real Glass. The item came in broken and that was me picking it up from store. When i reached out to the customer service, they asked me to reach out to CYBER POWER +1 (888) 900-5180 to file a claim.

    Computer literally came with problems out the box. The specs are pretty fantastic if they actually worked. After hours of trouble shooting and stress tests it was clear they didn’t put much effort into insuring this product was functional. Extremely frustrating at a high price tag like $1900

    This product is a complete waste of money. It constantly goes into standby mode and doesn't function as expected. Save yourself the frustration and look for a better alternative. Best Buy, please do your due diligence and remove this from your site. Stop misleading customers and wasting our time

    Bought this for video editing. Dont waste your money. It lags and locks up frequently. Has a hard time handling even small videos. My laptop from 2020 literally processes faster

    First tower stopped playing games after 2 weeks. Restarted on its own 2 or 3 times. Audio crackling was an issue as well. Returned it got the same model. Has Restarted 4 times sound still an issue. Honestly its a waste of money. Go for a brand you know and trust.

    Bought one. It showed up broken. Drove an hour to best buy to replace it. Brought the new one home. It was broken in less than 2 weeks. $1900 and it literally never worked right once. I've been troubleshooting something the entire time until it broke.

    Does not work at all. The first one i had would randomly shut off or restart, even when no applications running, so i exchanged for the same model. This one does the same exact thing. Returning this weekend.
