BUT I just got $10 certificate. So I chatted with bestbuy 2times, but NO ONE can help with this issue. It is really good for customers!!! Thanks. BESTBUY.

Ruined!

Best Buy ruined the excitement because I received the item with a damaged box. The tape on the box was ripped and took part of the beautiful artwork of the highly collectible box. Thanks Best Buy. I will give you one star for that. Now I don’t know if I am excited to play the game because my excitement has been ruined.

Unplayable

I was playing this on a PlayStation 5 and it kept crashing the console. I was afraid to continue playing it out of fear of breaking my console (which is also hard to find at the time of writing this) very disappointed thank you for giving me the option to return it.

Well worth a play if you've been waiting.

CYBERPUNK 2077 COLLECTOR’S EDITION PS4
