If the storyline in the was bad that I would’ve gave it a three or two but because of a reason is given four actually loved the game regardless of the glitches and bugs even tho made hard to play but this game had some much potential but actually still loved it

Cyberpunk has had its issues with crashing and glitches. With the newest patch and another one on the way, the game is definitely playable. You get to create your character and start your journey. This game isnt going to take a few days to beat. It massive and will definitely take some time. Make friends, lose friends, find love and have fun. Definitely recommend

Overall a great game, I have enjoyed my time playing it. As many people have said, the game does have a fair bit of glitches that will need to be patched out over time. If you have the patience to wait, it may be better to get this game at a later date when CDPR have patched the game. I believe they have said this will occur in late January/early February 2021.

I am playing this on a PS5 so the overall experience has been pretty good. I love the quests and gameplay in general, but have had a few bugs. Other than crashing twice in maybe 10 hours of gameplay nothing too serious or game breaking, mostly bugs related to NPCs and rendering issues. Still a great game though, and I look forward to the office next-gen upgrade.

Constantly crashing on PS5 (Wait for Update!)

(Post update 1.06 on PS5) The most frustrating thing about this game is how great it could’ve been. I absolutely enjoy this game, the artwork and the atmosphere is amazing. Upgrading your character really makes you choose a distinct path that encourages multiple play Throughs to play different ways which I can enjoy. The combat is incredibly fun, almost to the point of repetitive but I still find it very enjoyable. Playing on a PlayStation 5 you have the benefit of a nearly locked 60 frames per second which really contributes to the overall fun gameplay. While it may not be as pretty as the Xbox series X version, it definitely beats it in the FPS department. The biggest thing that holds this game back for me is the constant crashing. I cannot play for 40 minutes without it shutting down. Things to the ample auto saving, I haven’t lost a lot of progress when this happened, but when the game crashes during the ending credits you just really give up and makes it hard to pick up again to try to play it a different way. Hopefully with more updates the game will stop quitting altogether, and then I would absolutely suggest to play this game. If you’re really wanting to play it now I would suggest to weights and get it at a much cheaper price ($30 or below) at retail.

I know it has bugs and glitches but the patches are coming out and the crashes and bugs etc are close to gone. This is an awesome game and crazy open world. I play it on PS5 so I'm excited for the full PS5 version to come later this year hopefully. It is no Witcher 3 but not many are.

I have been playing on a pS5, and I have had a much better experiance than many others it seems. The only problem I have is the occasional crash, but it looks beautiful on my 4k TV with HDR and the gameplay, while rough at some points is still an enjoyable time. Other than the fixable issues, this game is great! Maybe wait until some patches fix the issues though.

Serviceable with a lot of $ but feels like a beta

Playing on PS4 Pro with 2TB Samsung T7 SSD external hard drive and update V1.04. I moved every game and application over to the SSD and deleted all screenshots (so there is nothing on the internal HD except the OS), then did a Rebuild Database to clean things up. HDR is on but all other in game graphic options are turned off. The game crashed twice within the first hour (both during menu / dialog interactions). Since then things have been "ok" - the game is serviceable but several NPC glitches and drop-ins. Honestly not as bad as I was expecting given all the negative feedback, but I've done everything possible and invested a lot of money to try and give the console the best opportunity to run this game. It shouldn't have come to this for a game that's been 7 years in development and was originally intended to come out before PS5 was even announced. In other words, this is not a next-gen game that was made backwards-compatible for dated hardware. They simply made the game too demanding for last gen and neglected / deceived that entire player-base. Shame on you CDPR! The story and choices seem interesting but I'm not far enough in to really have a strong opinion on replay value. The gameplay itself is just ok. Driving is VERY clunky. Combat is better than Fallout 4 but nothing like Borderlands, Destiny or CoD. There are currently several exploits that can trivialize the game (both for income and experience gain). I'm sure it will be patched so I guess its up to you if you want to cheat in the mean time. In short, the whole thing is very unpolished and it feels like I'm playing a beta

I waited to purchase this game because of the variety of bugs on its release date and it was well worth it. The futuristic world of Cyberpunk 2077 is very intriguing and immersive with some many things to do from customizing your character; to a variety of missions.

Cons: There are definitely bugs. The game has crashed a couple times while playing on my PS5. Pros: The world building is very interesting. The main missions are very engaging. The world is pretty and makes me want to explore it. The customization for how your character can go through the world gives all kinds of options for play. BIG NOTE: Im playing on a PS5

I understand why people are complaining the game is buggy on their standard system, if you're not happy, return it! I plan on holding onto my copy, I played a little of it on my PS4 Pro and did not experience any issues (yet) but after hearing the news, I've decided to stop playing and will wait until they fix it or release it on PS5 (free upgrade). No point of me returning it when I will eventually play it again once its fixed. I heard the PC version is amazing so there's hope the console issues will be resolved.

Playing with for a couple hours with patches as of xmas day on an original PS4. Negatives: my characters hair is a pixelly mess in the mirror. Pop in of characters cars etc for a second when you first load an area but after that doesn't seem bad. Textures of some things in environment seem low quality if you get close to them. Positives: The environments look nice to me. Seems to have a variety of upgrades, weapons, things to pick up in environment. Haven't had anything game-breaking or incredibly bad glitches.

Difficult to rate this game. It crashes multiple times during one round of play. If they fix the bugs that cause crashes I’d rate it between 4-5, an updated alternative to GTA. & the adult themes, content are pretty funny & fun. But the frequency in which the game crashes may eventually cause me not to want to play it at all which is & will be a shame

It still needs updates. But this is what happens when demand gets a AAA game early. Im enjoying the game. It's not for kids or complainers/impatient people who can't wait for updates. It's also not GTA set in the future. It's an adult futuristic Blade Runner/Ghost in the Shell roleplaying game. I personally love it. Signed PS4 Slim player Peacefull-Purple.

I was expecting a little more from this game especially after it took so long to come out. There are many glitches which takes a lot away from the game. On the other side it has some good action and missions which everyone will enjoy and that’s why I recommend it. So although it didn’t live up to all of our expectations we still have been enjoying it.
