Story wise this game is AMAZING! I really love the dynamic between V and Johnny Silverhand. The side quests add a nice layer to the game. I wish with the relationship aspect there was more depth. It feels pretty plain and boring....With that being said...all the bugs and crashing are so DANG annoying! The second patch really did help with my game now running somewhat smoothly. Before that patch it was constantly crashing in the middle of a mission multiple times. Now it’s runny okay. Not the best but I just constantly quick save when I can. The only reason I will not be asking for a refund is because how much the story makes it worth it to me...and can’t forget Keanu.

Overall I enjoyed playing this game on my base PS4. Yes, it still has technical flaws such as occasional rendering glitches and crashes. But these did not stop me from enjoying the gameplay and story. I was a huge fan of The Witcher 3 so you see some inspirations and subtle references in gameplay, although for me personally first person shooting and stealth took a bit of getting used to. The story was enjoyable enough to replay and get different endings. I’m looking forward to any future updates and expansions.

The game is not as bad as people say it is. Yeah it has bugs quite a few but let’s be realistic it’s a FPS people clam down. I am a game art and design student at FSU and I will say this the game is not great but don’t take pic of it at it’s weakest and say that’s how it is the whole time, because it’s not I play on the PS4 pro and it has crashed like 5-8 times I have over 30 hours of gameplay there are things you can do to make it run a lot more smoothly until there is an update l. Story is alright, gameplay is fun driving can be upsetting don’t really bother me that much. But if you like FPS games it’s really that as bad as this cry babies on YouTube and review set it out to be. They take a pic/video of the game when it glitches a lot and say it’s sucks but have over 40 hours of gameplay...... so you played over 40 hours of a game that glitches the whole time? Be realistic people it’s a FPS it’s gonna have glitches

I have a PS4 Pro, I love this game - glitches are annoying but haven't caused a major quest problem. Minor stuff so far (about 60 hours in) - mirror reflection - no hair, no head - error message of corrupt save file if i craft ammo or anything really - but it doesn't seem to change anything. I am still saved where i was. It crashes like once every two hours - but i am noticing a pattern. I save regularly to avoid this being more than a wait for reload annoyance. Game story is great. Side quests, some are really good, some are the same - on repeat. Love the graphics and details, driving is a lot of fun. I have downloaded both updates 1.04 and 1.05, looking forward to more to fix other issues before they start. I am having fun and enjoying this game. I pre-ordered this last January - Best Buy has been great with the updates and got this to me straight away once released. Thanks for that.

CyberPunk is a mediocre game with a lot of upside. The story is pretty good and original. The gameplay is fun with multiple ways to go about playing (stealth or brunt force or techy). The load times are a little slow and the game still crashes a lot but for the $20 I spent on it, it’s worth it.

I first tried this on PS4 and it was unplayable. Then I tried on PS5 and it was better- still a few crashes- but better overall. The story is the best part of the game- although I didn’t care for the ending I got- didn’t seem to go with the rest of the game. I liked the gameplay pretty well. I only played the main story and one or two side missions- and I finished in about 12-13 hours or so. Still think the graphics weren’t great on PS5, and the world seems barren in terms of number of people and cars. I used the mantis blades the most in terms of weapons and they’re pretty unbeatable. Overall I’d recommend it for at least one playthrough on next gen consoles or high-end PCs- not on PS4 or Xbox One.

From the amount I played (about 40 hours) I enjoyed it, but I refunded the game and decided to wait until it is fixed and can be played without constant crashes and performance issues. If you want this game, I would recommend waiting until all of the planned fixes are out (around February), see what people think of the game once those fixes are out, and buy it on sale. The game will entirely be worth it once it is properly fixed and getting it on sale will be an even better cherry on top.

Good storyline, just really glitchy. Definitely would recommend still tho.
