Very buggy but the concept is great. The graphics are fantastic. The open world play is unequalled. Just wish the game lived up to the hype and the long and overdue wait. Maybe after a few patches it will be worth playing full time.

I bought on release and have a base PS4. Slight bugs and a few crashes but the game runs ok for me. I’ve enjoyed my gameplay and have been taking in the city at a slow pace. There’s room for improvement but enough to love until then.

Despite all of the bugs and glitches from the initial release of this title, Cyberpunk is a well written game with tons to do in Night City. The relationships you get to develop with other characters in the game are genuine and are completely in your control. Wanna screw someone over, you got it. Wanna do a favor for a friend, that’s valid too. Each decision you make, either big or small, ultimately impacts the way V’s story plays out. In order to experience the game in its entirety, you’ll most likely need multiple play throughs.

Purchased this game after completing all Watchdog stories, I like the graphics and story is good too.

Few bugs and glitches but other than that the story was pretty good they could've used more time to flesh out everything all the bugs glitches etc.

I got this at a bargain price that makes it a good game meaning I can deal with the fact it has bugs/issues.

The game is fun, although it's really buggy and crashes at times. The concept of the game is there but feels like it wasn't ready to release.

I've heard about all the guff people have with this game on last generation consoles and let me tell you, playing it on a PS5, I haven't had any of those issues. The narrative is well written and delivered, the world is rich, and the graphics truly are beautiful. I do have my complaints with the shoddy RPG system implementation and the immersion wrecking AI and how they interact with the somewhat desolate city. All in all, I give this a pretty solid 4 stars, but due to it's rushed nature, couldn't even consider a 5 star review.

I bought this game as a gift for a family member and feel confident enough to give this game a 3 out of 5 star rating for a few reasons: Do NOT buy this game if you have a Base Model PS4 (First Release PS4 Models) because it will not run well on them at all. PS4 Pro or a PS5 are needed to run this game because if you put this game in your Base Model PS4, you can play it but it will look like crap and might ruin your Base Model PS4. The game although marketed really well is a very unfinished product. If you want to see what this game looks like please watch a video on YouTube before purchasing because it is quite the spectacle. Instead of this game being well known for it's subject matter, it is becoming well known for it's many many flaws and glitches.

I have not yet completed the game, but playing on PS5 has mostly been a good time. The game does crash, especially when driving for a while. Overall, the world is beautiful, the story compelling, and the gameplay enjoyable.

Next gen review- Great game. I went in with very low expectations based on all the negative reviews. Obviously there’s still bugs here and there. However, it didn’t really bother me as much as I thought it would. I enjoyed the story, just wished it was longer. Can’t wait for the dlcs and the PS5 upgrade. On a side note if you really try and search for bugs you’ll probably find them. Just enjoy the game

Purchase for my PS5 and I wouldn't recommend playing on PS4 due to buggy game play. Cyberpunk 2077 is truly a action, adventure, RPG with about 60hrs of gameplay time. Good story development and some cool environment.

The game is great! It kinda sucks that it’s buggy and crashes sometimes, which can be frustrating, but other than that, it’s an awesome game that looks great, it’s fun to play and it’s very entertaining. As a matter of fact, there is a mission that I took my sweet time finishing since instead of completing the tasks, I decided to just walk around and admire the city. Last night my PS4 started downloading a massive 14GB update. Haven’t played after the update but I’m sure it fixed a lot of problems. Happy with my purchase.

This game has received a bad rep for it's PS4 port, but has made the PS4 version playable on a PS5. The PS5 version is still visually stunning. The game still has minor bugs, and is being updated throughout the year to remedy that. Even with it's drawbacks, the game is still entertaining. The gameplay is reminiscent of an RPG, so those looking for a fast pace call of duty game should look else where. I've been a fan of futuristic worlds, and this game has plenty of detail to back that up.

When I first purchased this game, it had just been removed from the PlayStation store. Last copy at my local BestBuy. At the time I had a PS4 Pro and the performance was laughable. Crashes every 30 min, areas not able to load while traveling full speed on a motorcycle, really dumb NPC's, I could go on. It wasn't until I played it on a PS5 where the game really woke up, mind you, this game was advertised to function on last gen consoles PRIMARILY. Disappointing, especially after games like The Witcher 3 held my expectations for this game very high. At the time of this review, it has been patched quite a bit and is alot more playable. If I could give it 3.5 stars.

Game isn't finished yet. There is potential here, but a litany of bugs and glitches are holding it back. I advise waiting until the game has been patched and actually runs on console before taking the leap and buying.

Even on PS5, I've had some pretty annoying bugs, including several crashes that set me back in progress. I really hope that CDPR figures this all out because the contents of the game itself are very fun and engaging.

This game is awesome. I play it on ps4 Pro and i only have minor issues with it. Slight frame rate dips and/or a bug that wont let me pick (some) things up. Most of which are unimportant anyway. As many problems as this had before, i can say that it has come a long way. So glad I got it while on sale. Get this game. The devs are still working hard to get it running in tip top shape and the wait is worth it. I enjoy it even now while i wait for the next big patch. The game is catching up to its ambition

I don’t know how to rate this. I really wanted to enjoy this game but the bugs and glitches just don’t allow it. I haven’t played this in months since grabbing it on release. Could have been great.

Besides the enormous amount of bugs ... the game , story and character arcs are amazing . If they ever fix the bugs , GOTY candidate
