Customers are saying
Customers highly value Cyberpunk 2077's captivating story and immersive open world. However, many reports cite significant issues with game performance, including glitches and crashes. The game's artificial intelligence also received criticism. While some found the price reasonable, the technical problems overshadowed other positive aspects for a significant portion of players.

Cyberpunk
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I thought this game was great despite being rough around the edges. There were some pretty annoying glitches but I loved playing the game so much that I was able to look past its flaws. However, I wouldn't recommend this game for PS4 or base Xbox one. I played the game on PS5 and still had tons of glitches but the graphics and most of the performance was pretty nice.

Cyberlands 2077
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you think of it as an extremely buggy cyberpunk Borderlands but with a darker and more interesting story where you get to make some choices, you'll get MUCH more out of this than if you go in thinking it's the next Witcher 3. It's not that. At all. But what it IS is actually pretty fun. I finished it, which is more than I can say for most games. I'm looking forward to playing it again once they've revamped it.

Cyberbugged
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Still a buggy mess, fun story and characters, okayish gun-play and combat, enjoyable augment and mod system. PS4 version is unplayable.

Play it on PS5
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Glad I waited for the PS5 patch. Game looks amazing. Some great missions, but game needs polish, there's no balance, you can be OPd pretty quickly at lower settings. The customization is pretty pointless as there are only few instances where you can be in third person. The game can look amazing but lacks substance. Got this for $25, worth the price, on my second play through.

So Many Ways to Play!
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We all know about this game's rocky start. That aside, it's absolutely fun to play! You can play stealth, hacker, assault, melee, or any combination. The story is good and the gameplay is entertaining. It crashed now and then but I can overlook that because it's a blast overall. I'm already planning play-through #2.

A Mess of A Game
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Oh let me count the ways of how this game failed me. In two days and 25 hours of play on my base model PS4 I had a total of 10 complete crashes. Never have I played such an unpolished and unfinished game before. While the story for “Cyberpunk 2077” is certainly an enthralling one, and the idea for the open world of Night City is interesting, the game is flat and disappointing when you factor in the bugs. In a way you could say the bugs and crashes I experienced put me in the shoes of a game developer. Not because they endeared the game more to me, but because I was in part doing the job CD Projekt Red should have done in experiencing all of the crashes and glitches in their glory and doing what I could to troubleshoot. If you want a finished game that you will thoroughly enjoy playing without failures, look elsewhere. My gripes do not end there, the game beyond the technical issues that render this title borderline unplayable are not the only problems. Additionally, the world we were promised in Night City and what many of us expected after playing CD’s “Witcher 3: The Wild Hunt,” of an interactive and expansive open world were not fulfilled. While some main missions and side-quests will keep you engaged in some areas of the map, the long term playability of this game simply isn’t there right now. Where other RPG games keep you engaged because of the possibilities and impact you can make on the world around you, “Cyberpunk 2077,” is surprisingly empty in its world and offers a gilded world where it appears beautiful and profound but is, in actuality, deep as a puddle.

More like cyberhunk, amirite????
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For all the bad that's been said about this game, my overall experience has been pretty solid on PS5. In 30+ hours of play I've only had one full game crash, and textures load clean thanks to the current updates. If you like dystopian futures with a sci-fi focus and wild character archetypes you're gonna be right at home. The gunplay is mostly clean but the storytelling really shines in this one.

Good for a collectible
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got it for half price. It came with a steelbook. After struggling with the game on xbox, I didn't even open this one. I like the steelbook, though. I would only recommend to a friend if it is at least half price and included a steelbook. Maybe they could throw in a tshirt and a signed apology card. Then, I'd recommend freely. But, the game, by itself, at full price? That's a hefty, full-throated nope.

Game is pretty darn good now.
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This game got a bad reputation because of the bugs it had on launch. It wasn't a finished product back then and is a shame that it was rushed to market. However, if it were released a year later, it really would be a great game. Nowadays it is a great game and has a lot of challenge and ways to do things in different ways giving you a chance to do things your way.

Cool game with a bad launch
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Cool game with a bad launch. This is obviously a perfect example of why you should not pre-order games. The game promised a lot and didn't deliver. Over time they have improved the game with lots of patches. Unfortunately this has tarnished the title quite a bit. If you are a fan of the Cyberpunk genre, it's safe to give it a shot at this point. Especially worth checking it out if you can grab a copy on sale.

Just was not it should have been :{
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Although the story for this is actually very intriguing and a surprising. This game is not worth purchasing on console currently, and probably not for a while. The game is in need of a overhaul or rework in general due to the poor state it is in on console also with some other content inside the game that needs attention to detail. Such as menu bugs (getting stuck in the options menu), things that clearly should be in the game like character appearance adjustments, and a terrible crafting system and so forth.

Good game that could have been great
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Game has a few bugs but is still a great game. Plays well on PS5 and XSX and even moderately well on the PS4 Pro and the X1X. If you have a base PS4 or XB1 don't buy for now. I played it for over 110 hours on the PS5. So the reviewers saying its a 15-20 hour campaign is totally incorrect. Our expectations were set really high due to bad marketing but Night City is still the prettiest open world you'd see, even in its current state

Great content, but a lot of bugs
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A highly anticipated game. Unfortunately, there are currently many issues with the release, and some of them are unacceptable. It's good that CDPR is going to release patches to improve the many issues. Besides all the issues, it's a great game so far. As far as purchasing it from Best Buy, the process was easy, staff was good, and I appreciate the steelbook that came with the purchase (though I wish we could choose which art we got).

Good but has bugs
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The customizations and story is really fun. However, the number of bugs on the release date is really frustrating and I had to reset in the middle of missions many times.

Buggy But At The End of The Day It's Just Fine
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.10 hours in and it's a mess of a game. Glitches and bugs everywhere. All the problems with the AI you can see on youtube are real. But here's the thing. Even if it wasn't buggy, this game just feels.....fine. The story treads the same beats as previous entries like Deus Ex while the game mechanics feel samey. The idea of a braindance is pretty creative but isn't really implemented properly for players I feel. Overall the game wasn't worth the hype. Save your money until it's at least half price AND patched.

Impressive but full of bugs (PS4 Version)
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Impressive game, full of bugs and on PS4 Pro is really pushing the hardware to its limit! some frame stutters and very weird things go on, would recommend making manual backups as you go through the story, don't rely on auto saves as I got stuck on a bugged locked door and had to restart the mission. So I have learned my lesson! I would still recommend the game but there's going to be a lot of updates and bug fixes as time goes on.
