Customers are saying
Customers often highlight the impressive graphics and compelling story as major strengths of Cyberpunk 2077. Many also appreciate the immersive open world, especially when the game is purchased at a discounted price. However, a significant number of users report encountering bugs, and some express concerns about the artificial intelligence and driving mechanics. Improvements in these areas would enhance the overall player experience.

Awesome Game
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm playing the game on the Xbox Series X. It looks great, runs smooth and is a blast to play. Almost hits 4K 60 FPS in Quality mode. Probably runs about 50 FPS most of the time. Great story and setting. Characters are convincing and well written. If you managed to secure a next gen console or you at least have an Xbox Series X or PS4 Pro it's totally worth it. The occasional bug or crash can be annoying but not enough to detract from the game itself. It autosaves about every 5 minutes so crashes won't cause you to lose too much progress and most glitches can be resolved by simply reloading the last save. If you own the OG Xbox One or PS4 from 2013 I'd highly suggest giving this game a pass until you're able to upgrade though.

An Underrated Game
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For reference, my console is an Xbox Series X and my TV is the LG OLED CX equipped to display games in 4K/HDR. I really don't know what game the guys are playing who give 1 star. I mean the graphics are stunning, just breathtaking and amazing. This feels like GTA Next GeN! So dense and real life feeling in the city. Driving is amazing. And did you see the animations and especially FACIAL ANIMATIONS?! This is blowing my mind. I have to say I'm playing on Xbox Series X in Graphics Mode. But even in Performance mode it looks awesome. I don't know about the old gen consoles. But guys, let's be honest, what do you expect? The last generation is about what, 7 years old! Do you really expect the same graphics like on next gen and PC? C'mon... For everyone else, this is the best AAA game that has been released since Red Dead Redemption 2. The environments and characters are the best I've ever seen on console and the world is more immersive than just about any other. This is one of the only games where I always drive to my next location rather than fast-traveling just so I can take in the sights. The game is definitely story-driven; this is not a Fallout: New Vegas where you can totally ignore the main story and still feel totally satisfied with your character 50 hours later (though you will easily sink 50 hours into Cyberpunk). Combat, crafting, and levelling are excellent, if not anything particularly new, and are very much like Fallout or The Outer Worlds. Once you complete Act 1, you are free to explore the city at your leisure and there are an ample number of side missions and minor activities to take on to keep you engaged. Progressing through the main story will take you to new areas and to meet new side characters, all of whom are worthwhile and none of whom outstay their welcome. There is always more to do and see and the game will keep you engrossed for hours on end.

Game Of The Year
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Game is a masterpiece! CDPR outdid themselves once again. The game looks and plays flawlessly on my Series X. Haven't had any bugs or anything since launch day and CDPR is constantly working to improve the game. The story is perfect, the game design is perfect. Everything about it is perfect easily the best game to come out of 2020.

Great for $10
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not worth full price. Not worth half price. But for $10, very worth it. Overhyped, but still a solid game. But not for your XBOX ONE or PS4. Make sure your playing on Series X/S, PS5, or a good gaming PC.

||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The game is phenomenal the graphics are out of this world. Good game with flaws
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Like everyone else I was super hyped for this game and honestly it did NOT let me down like most people. Yes, it has its issues especially day one but has been patched over and over again. Played on Xbox Series X and Xbox One X and game looks excellent! Gunplay is good but nothing special. Story is great and didn't take me long to beat. I think with the proper amount of time this game can be what it was meant to be.

A sad release for an awesome game.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Upon release I played for the first 5 days on an Xbox 1s. The most anticipated game , for me since Skyrim, was the most angering since Fallout 76. The graphics were terrible, frequent freezes and crashes. Fortunately fairly quickly they released a ,12 hours to download patch, that made the game much better to look at and smoother to play. A temporary fix but not a cure. Then on day six I finally received my new Xbox series X. Which made a world of difference. Through all of this I have to admit I love playing this game. There is an amazing game here. A great story with all sorts of entertaining quests and things to collect. If CD Project Red survives the bad publicity of this unfortunate release. I think they will improve the experience for everyone.

Worth a try when possible.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Cyberpunk is a weird game to describe. Everyone knows how buggy it is and has read the reviews. It was on sale so I decided to give it a try. (Played on a One S). I completed the game 100% and during that time the game did freeze and had random bugs during my run through Night City (Alongside Keanu Reeves). It kept me entertained for a long time in this futuristic fps similar to GTA. This game is not perfect, but if it goes on sale for a reasonable price I would Recommend giving it a try. Hopefully when and if the future updates come (along with the promise of free DLC) this game could be reviewed differently for the better. But only time will tell.

Must get despite the bugs. Next gen recommended.
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It’s really good, but highly recommended you play it on series x, outside of a few glitches the game runs really great on the newer hardware. The world and story is captivating. The only real negative is the city is only as deep as something such as Final Fantasy 15 , great to look at but generally window dressing. The story is pretty neat it’s a love letter to cyberpunkish , futuristic movies and shows. The main set up of the plot borrows a bit from Altered Carbon and Johnny Mnemonic. The bugs and glitches are really more in the realm of Skyrim bad.

Game is good, despite bugs
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve Played this game before on Pc. I enjoy the graphics, game play, storyline. Apparently there were a ton of bugs upon release, all of which may or may not have gotten fixed, so some gamers didn’t finish the game and were turned off. I’m not that serious about it, so even if there are bugs, it’s ok for me. Also, the world’s (well, cities, locations on the map I should say, not actual planets) are so open and well textured, I really wish there was a multiplayer.

Great game just needs more polish
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Cyberpunk 2077 is a good game that is plagued by the fact that it just needed a little more time to be polished. It has everything a triple A title needs good story, interesting characters, fun game mechanic's but the bugs make it hard to fully immerse yourself and experience. It is definitely worth playing or waiting until everything gets fixed. Personally I've been enjoying the game and I'm confident that the developer will make things right.

Worth it but buggy
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Its worked just fine on my xbox one x. Some glitches but overall very engaging and love the story. The bones of this game are good, but CD project red should have waited just a couple more months to help out current gen consoles. I have the game on both PC and Xbox and there is a huge differnce, I am sure though this will run amazing on my Xbox series x, or a PS5. Worth it. As fun of a game I have had since fall out 4.

Solid Game
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Game runs beautifully. I know it got off to a rough start but the game runs well. I only encountered a few glitches that were very minor (loot falling in unreachable area). The skill tree can be very overwhelming and wish there was a way to reset attribute points but still enjoyed it none the less. Definitely worth the price!

Glitches aside, it's still a bad game.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have a feeling this is going to get the No Man's Sky treatment but as of now it's a terrible game. Stay away *for now* For the last 20 years, open-world games have at least had AI to tell cars how to do basic things like follow you or drive around blockages in the road or flee if there's danger. If you think they'd have it in a game in this decade then sadly you're wrong. If you're wanted by the police, they just spawn around you, sometimes right in front of you. If you drive up the road, they can't figure out where you went. If you park your car in the road you'll create an endless pile of cars behind you because they don't know how to change lanes or drive around. Shoot a gun at a car? Well, they will just get out of the car and cower indefinitely. As you do. The RP in this game is very linear. Your starting point matters very little. The extra dialogue options don't lead you to any new places. You're on an RP rail but you can change the ending. I just picked whatever came at the top after realizing on a second playthough it didn't matter and it all did the same thing. Keanu is a great action actor, but a terrible dramatic actor and it shows in this as much as it did in Dracula. The other voice actors were great though. The menu system is very basic even for previous gen. The map in the HUD does more hard than good since you can't see where the next turn is until right at the last second. The cars drive like boats. The side quests are mostly rinse and repeat (go kill people and get McGuffin.) The FPS element is very basic and not fun because it takes forever to kill enemies no matter what difficulty setting. That would be fine if the ammo wasn't so scarce. The hacking system is the only good part about the combat. The story is good, the graphics are impressive and that's where the compliments end. I am playing this on an XBSX and I haven't run into any real performance issues even before the hotfixes. However, the glitches are really bad to the point of entertaining. Seeing cars randomly dip into the road, explode or fall out of buildings, or having your body fly across the screen because you bumped into a piece of glass is hilarious. Unfortunately, a lot of them pile up. I wasn't able to speed up dialogue after a while. Parts of my body or clothing would vanish and not come back no matter if I changed them. It's a mess. I'm sure by the time 2021 is about to close, this will be a solid game. We're nowhere near that now. Save your money, buy a good game, get it on sale when it's fixed.

Cybermunk
||Posted . After all of the updates this game is finally worth the money for the most part.
