Customers are saying

Customers often highlight the impressive graphics and compelling story as major strengths of Cyberpunk 2077. Many also appreciate the immersive open world, especially when the game is purchased at a discounted price. However, a significant number of users report encountering bugs, and some express concerns about the artificial intelligence and driving mechanics. Improvements in these areas would enhance the overall player experience.

Are there glitches, when playing on the Series X? Yes. Does it prevent it from being fun? No! Sometimes it's silly stuff. Like I blew up a group of gang members at the end of a walkway with my wrist rocket launcher. It killed all of them in one shot. It also blew the couch at the end of the walkway into the air. Where it stayed. I could walk all the way around it. The person on the couch was also dead. And his legs were glitched through the back of the couch. I laughed. It's a game! It's not real life. Allow some disbelief and have fun. This is the most RPG-like RPG shooter I've played. Including the Borderlands series. You're rewarded for adventuring. Like, I was supposed to go into an elevator. I went around to the back of the elevator and there was a chest! There's stuff to loot and find everywhere. The main story isn't too long. So, enjoy the journey. Use your map and see what's close to do instead of the main mission. There's stuff EVERYWHERE. Just explore. Play. Have fun. Don't take it too seriously. The soundtrack is awesome! I will clear out an area and stick around exploring just to listen to the music. It's FULL of 80s punk and industrial music. Like, legit music. It's fun and cool and nostalgic. I can't express how much I love this game. It's the game, come to life, that I envisioned when playing the tabletop version back in the 80s and 90s.

Well the price was very reasonable except I didn’t receive the metal book that was supposedly included . And the game is very buggy and glitchy but I know that isn’t the fault of Best Buy . But other than. Being disappointed from only receiving half of what I was promised I guess it’s ok

I bought this game when I first got my xbox series X. The game runs amazing on the series X minus some bugs. I played it until almost beating it. I'm waiting for the next gen update that never seems to be coming. It's been almost a year and still no dlcs. The game has potential but the devs seem to take long on updates on the game. Also I love that the game came with a steel book and some post cards about the game.

I'm now a few days into this game (maybe 6 hours of playing time) and it is getting better. I'm still working around the shooting (you hit the bad guy -- and he doesn't die until you hit him many times) and trying to figure out the non-shooting aspects as they relate to fighting. I'm enjoying the storyline, and haven't felt the need to hit the 'skip' button. I'm hoping that the game continues to grow on me. I've 'reserved' a few hours to play tonight.

I have a Series X so I haven't had as my issues as other players with graphics and glitches. My experience has been filled with so much fun, which is the point of any video game, to offer a great experience that makes your time spent happy. It could use some updates to optimize the problems and make it a better game sure, but I can't say I haven't had a blast playing it.

Haven’t played it yet. I don’t really have time to play as much as I used to. The game looks cool and installed pretty quick on the new Xbox. I just ran an update for the game and will hopefully get to play it soon. The artwork is real good and the previews were great although I have heard some negative reviews. My experience so far has been excellent.

So far I am impressed with this game. The graphics and detail are insane. I have read reviews and reports of bugs across the game but I have not encountered any of them as of yet. If I had one critique (and this could be I have not figured it out yet) is that I prefer a third person view to see the full character versus a first person view provided by this game.

Cyberpunk 2077 was one of the most hyped games of 2020. It was nothing like I've seen before. Coming from the masterpiece the Witcher 3 Wild Hunt and getting Keanu Reeves on board. If anything was gonna save the year 2020. It was gonna be this game. After multiple delays and in true 2020, the game launches, and it's a disaster—abysmal console ports for the last-gen consoles, glitches everywhere, and memes everywhere. By every means, this game should have failed and been the next ET of our time. However, I still enjoyed my time with Cyberpunk 2077. Despite the flaws, and believe me, the launch experience definitely deserved to be dunked on. There is simply no other game like this on the market, which has a great story, fantastic characters, and one of the best soundtracks in games. The gameplay is fun, too; with many build options, do you want to go fists only? Maybe some katanas? How about being an unstoppable hacker who hacks his enemies to submission. It goes back to the game being phenomenal when it works. It just works. If you own a next-gen console, then it's a must-play. It's the next-gen experience. Last gen consoles it's not ideal, but it's doable certainly. I loved Cyberpunk 2077 between the lore, the story, and even the gameplay. Besides it not being finished, my biggest problem was the story being a bit too short for my liking. Other than that, the game will be patched in a year or two and will add multiplayer eventually. I can forgive, but I can't forget the unacceptable release. That being said, it is not a bad game. Even with all the faults, Cyberpunk 2077 is one of the best games of its genre.

You may have heard about the performance issues regarding this game but they primarily affect the base consoles. If you have the Xbox One X or Series X then you should have a mostly smooth experience. Beyond that there are numerous visual oddities and bugs but if you're anything like me the world, story, and characters will make you enjoy the game regardless.

Playing this on the Series X, so it's not broken by any means. I've ran into a couple bugs, but nothing game-breaking; just a missing animation here and there. I haven't had any crashes either like others are mentioning. The HUD text is a little small, as is the text for items you pick up...but that's my only gripe. I imagine once they release the Series X patch to upscale everything to technically "current gen" graphics, it'll be amazing.
