I knew I'd enjoy this game when I bought it but I never expected it would turn into one of my favorite games. This was originally purchased on sale after initial reviews regarding the game's performance were less than favorable, however after upgrading from Xbox One to Xbox Series X, plus multiple quality updates to the game itself, the game finally ended up running as smoothly as the devs originally intended. Gameplay is great and the story is amazing - it really does feel like stepping into a living, breathing alt-future world. If you were ever on the fence about buying this game, I can assure you it's definitely worth it.

I bought the game at launch and recognize the bugs being an issue. But the game was beautiful and fun. The density of the city and its structures is incredible. 1 year in with a multitude of updates a few free add ons the game is better lots better. Its not perfect but still worth 30 bucks. CDPR has loads of more updates coming. Im excited for the expansion. 1 thing i like is you can play the game you want and right before the end you can play through the endings you want. All endings go through the start of 1 mission. I liked it. Its not perfect but as the continue to update it, it just keeps getting better. I hope you enjoy it.

At the time of my review, this game has four 5 star reviews and none of them have really played the game. What's with the bloated, fanboy reviews for everything when some people haven't even played it? Cyberpunk is not a 5 star game in its current state. The game has so many glitches. There are graphic glitches all over. NPCs get stuck in some weird T-pose and their mouths don't move. I couldn't get past the first mission when you get to Night City. I tried doing side missions and it still wouldn't let me pass the mission. It finally registered I had completed after running GTA style and finally dying a few times. There are performance issues as well and I'm playing on a Series X. I can't imagine playing on an OG Xbox one. The game is fun though, which is a nice, solid base. In its current glitchy state though, the game is a 3.5 star game. I adjusted down for the fanboys that rate games that haven't even played them yet. CD Projekt Red needs to do some fine tuning for performance for this to get a higher rating. I thought that's why they kept delaying it. It must've been horrendous before.

So far so good. Yes, there are bugs, but it isn't a make or break issue for me. I own the game on the Xbox One. I have had some issues but I can tell the developer is actively working to correct as many issues as possible. The story is good and I mostly experience the bugs when driving on the game, outside of that I have not had any bugs while doing anything else. Overall good game, which is constantly being improved upon.

This game is loads of fun. I understand that it fails at the last gen level but on Xbox series X it is def worth it. Not perfect and hoping for more improvemnts but it runs smoothly, looks great, and has a captivating story, not to mention all the side experinces to do and see. Highly recomended on next gen!

Great game. There are bugs but the story is BREATHTAKING. First time in a long time that I felt this strongly about quests in a game. BUT, I ordered this game 5 months ago and still haven’t got my copy that was supposed to be here on launch day. Instead, I get a message yesterday saying that it’s delayed, even after my multiple confirmation emails saying that I’ll have my game on release. It’s also so dumb because I know there are people that just bought the game from Best Buy and got their copy when I ordered 5 MONTHS AGO so that this wouldn’t happen. I’m one of the lucky ones though because I have a friend who is game sharing with me until I get my copy. This is so annoying

Well its was a bumpy start but is now really enjoyable to play.

lowest is 5 usd come with steel box if you do want it choose the PC version is the better

I play it on Xbox One. I love the story, the action, the city, the fps, and gameplay. The entire plot would make for a good movie. It has a few bugs but they're not deal breaker. Wait until the patches come. This game was meant for serious next gen consoles I'm happy it can play on my old one.

Don't believe the "game journalists" they are just biased against CDPR. Did this game launch broken? Yes. But it is also the best game I have played this year. It launched thursday full of glitches and crashes. It was crashing every 20 minutes like clockwork. It got patched Sunday and no more crashes and alot of the glitches were gone. If anyone remembers Witcher 3 was also broken at launch. They kept working on it and is now considered a masterpiece. I am playing on the Cyberpunk Xbox One X console and the game runs at an (almost) consistent 30 fps and at 3.5K resolution. Making it the best looking among the older consoles. With patches, dlc and multiplayer coming over the next 2 years, this is a game in progress.
