    Did not work great. Hard setup. The Hue lights are way better. Sentegal lights were also bad.

    If you value your time, dont purchase it. One bulb syncs perfectly but others will guide you through the setup but will not connect. Once reset, they all will act up occasionally to connect and disconnect randomly. Check Reddit and other forums, absolutely disgrace of a product.

    They are nice but does not stay connected to Alexa. But I do like the colors

    Lights are great, until you pair them with a smart switch. Many problems with Google assistant after that.

    Thinking GE has been around for as long as I can remember, I bought these thinking they would be reliable. Boy was I wrong. They keep losing connection. Hopefully there will be a fix soon.

    Don't waste your money on these bulbs

    I bought these for a new chandelier that I had installed. The bulbs would not stay connected. I ended up having to get the installer to come back and replace them with Philips Hue bulbs that I bought (the ceiling is 20 ft. up). If you cannot verify this type of purchase pretty quickly then DO NOT buy from Best Buy. I had to wait for the installer to come back before I could do the return. Tha put me outside of the return period and so Best Buy would not take them back. I have had no problems with the Philips Hue bulbs in the chandelier.

    When they work, they're great. They keep un-pairing from my Google home system, and you can't use them with the C by GE app if you've got them set up with Google home. I have to go to the light switch on the wall 2+ times a day to factory reset them, then go through the process of pairing them again. Obviously I can't keep a routine set this way. They also change their brightness setting. In the evenings, I prefer a dim glow. Something to give enough light to see around the room, but still pretty dim so it's easy on the eyes. These don't get very dim. I kept lowering the brightness figuring eventually it would get dark. It doesn't. Once you get to 10% brightness, it doesn't darken after that. I've even had it set to 1% brightness, and I can still see everything in the room, clear as day. They also boast "choose from *millions* of colors. You literally get an option between 42 different colors, and the color coming from the bulb doesn't usually match the color you've chosen.

      Hi there sorry you had this particular experience with our bulbs. The color limitation is a google limitation in our app we have a full color palette. Since your devices are direct connect lights they do not require a hub so you can use them in both apps. When you set the devices up in C by GE in Google Home there is an option called 'works with google' and you would just link your C by GE account in Google Home. After that is should automatically detect the devices and add them back to your Google Home.
