    Smart bulbs.. they should connect to your home wifi and allow programming for scenes, moods, times.. Problem is, they do not stay connected to the network and take so flipping long to reconnect, that you could have turned them all off, then back on, then off again before they're back on network.

    I tried pairing these lights to the apps for two hours and finally only got 6 of 8 to work. They were far cheaper than Hue lights but their reliability is so bad I’m going back to Hue for these 8 bulbs. Even with an amazing Black Friday price.

      Hi there sorry you were not able to get the other 2 lights to connect. If you are using the Google Home app for setting them up they do have a 6 device limitation per home. If you are having issues please don't hesitate to reach out to us at 1-844-302-2943

    1 out of 4 is defect (No Wifi connection). Ask return but best buy need return all 4. Ask GE take multiple test finally get replacement in 2 days. There is no reason need wifi connection, What want to send out? building camera or microphone?

The Wi-Fi connection is to improve the range and connectivity as well as being able to control them from the app away from home.     While the lights themselves work great and have a nice range of color, their compatibility with Alexa is glitchy. They drop connection and lag constantly. I have other smart lights of a different brand and they do not have this problem. Not recommended.

    they are difficult to set up and frequently need to be reconnected to the app, for some reason. Also, i can't get all four to connect to the app at the same time. They are a source of frustration

    Poor product. Constantly disconnects from google home. More trouble then its worth... try using cync app to connect to google home and it just tells you no devices found. Would not recomend.

    Unresponsive app and poor interface. The lights frequently go offline on their on and the app will also not recognize or remember your lights. This product made me want regular light bulbs
