    These things will never change color when I use Alexa neither will they turn on, these bulbs suck. Maybe it just needs an update I'm not sure but I will be buying Phillips next time.

    I was happy with this purchase at first but fast forward half a year and I started having trouble with 1 bulb disconnecting often from the network. Add another month and both bulbs are pretty much useless as "Smart Bulbs" Just regular bulbs now, one can no longer be found to connect to and the other disconnects often. I have some older smart bulbs from other companies that are still going strong 2 years later. I don't see why these couldn't even make it to a full year.

      Hey Mike, we regret to hear that your bulbs are not working as intended. If your lights are not able to reconnect to the Cync app we recommend factory resetting it using these steps: Start with the light off for at least 5 seconds. Turn on for 8 seconds. Turn off for 2 seconds. Repeat this process 5 more times, or until the light bulb flashes. If this issue persists please contact us at 1-844-302-2943. -Cync Support Team

    You'll Regret Buying This!

    The app to operate the lights is a nightmare. It wont pair with the lights but google home does. Alexa wont pair unless the app works. Grr!

    Wish it had more colors. Colors go from bright white to yellows and oranges. Easy to install.

    I wish I could give negative stars. This product is garbage. It never worked from the start. Once it did locate the lights, the color change didn’t work; then it said it needed to update, which it refused to do, followed by all my lights not working and one light always on an ugly shade of blue. Just garbage, they don’t work in any room in my home. I took them to a friends house who has them and they didn’t work their either. Do yourself a favor and do not give GE and Best Buy your money

    Worst thing you can buy. You will spend all your nerves trying to connect to this. Doesn't connect to wifi or phone.

    Will not link to my network even when it is within 5 ft. of the router. Asks too many questions for a complicated setup when all I want to do is turn the darned things on and off.

    I bought 6 of them and 2 died in less than a year

    I bought 6 of them and 2 died in less than a year. The other 4 are painful to reset and set up. The 2 that died, they kept blinking towards the end and stopped changing color. I have a set of phillips smart bulbs bought around a year ago along with c by ge and they never ever failed. No connection issues, no google home issues and nothing else. I guess the price for each of these determine quality.

      The Cync application is entirely free, there is absolutely no subscription or hidden fee. There is a scam app within the app store called 'LED Remote' that has been marketing itself as the 'Cync' application, it is not. We highly recommend reporting that app and downloading the real Cync app. Our application is a black square with a white 'C' in the middle surrounded by a starburst pattern. -Cync Support

    Can't get them to connect. Says it is compatible with Alexa but also says I need a smart plug to work. I'll probably return them.

    Setup was difficult, wouldn’t connect to Wi-Fi or would not connect all the bulbs. Update also took ages.

    Not a fan. I bought these to supplement my Ilumi Bulb but they can’t compare. They aren’t near as bright and the colors aren’t as vibrant. I’m taking them back tomorrow,

    Do not buy! They are hard to connect to Alexa and the Cync app. You have turn the Wi-Fi off on your phone to even log into the app then you have to make sure to remember to turn the Wi-Fi back on during set up. Don’t let lightning strike! It is impossible to get all the lights connected! I have 3/8 light that’s are connected two are connected through Alexa and one on the Cync app!

    Great hardware, horrid software. The software got so bad with it's updates that I cashed in my protection plan and replaced it.
