    Useless without a GE Hub. They don’t tell you that when you buy it.

I just wanted to clarify that the Direct Connect bulbs have a built in hub so you do not need to purchase one unless you are using the Bluetooth smart bulbs which need a GE Hub to communicate with Google Home or Alexa. i hope this helps!     Ultimate Value Full Color Light Bulbs

    The product does exactly what it is intended to do and despite being a little complex and tedious to set up, but it is definitely worthwhile as the result is great. As advertised, millions of colors to choose from the app and is compatible with Google Home. These work perfectly to modernize any existing light bulbs in a home and can truly change the mood and set a different atmosphere when using them. I would 100% recommend these if they are on sale because at a regular price of $50, it's not that great value. However, at a discount price of $25, it's the best combination of value and quality that exists compared to C by GE's competitors.

    These lights are awesome. They do it require special Alexa hub or Google nest or anything. Although I use an Alexa echo. An old 50 dollar one. Makes like so easy. Before I leave I set a thing where all the lights go out when my phone leaves my house. They go above and beyond my expectations. I knew they can change into any color and any shade of that color. I also knew that you can use 10 different shades of white. Bright white. All the way dow to sunrise and sunset. I like sunset cus it makes everything seem warm.

    Almost perfect !!!

    As a basic smart bulb, it does a good and decent job and so close to being perfect. Full color range is great. Ability to schedule light, dim, change color is also great, especially when you are able to control these function through alexa or google assistant . The only one flaw that is missing and kind of a major is "light effect" Not a lot of people care about this, but the standard RGB these days comes with the ability to custom light effect or preset light effects such as full color fading, strobe, flash with even fast or slow speed, or maybe even light react to the sound of music or video game and such. Hopefully GE will release a new firmware that added these standard effect in the bulb so that it truly creating an immersive light experience. Something that Philips hue been doing since day one. 800 lumens is ok for bed room, but for living room, I would love to see a version that is over 1500 lumens.

    Outrageous! I cannot believe how many colors and hues are available to set up in the lightbulb via the Google Home app. Easy set up. Great price. If you buy the warranty for a relatively low price Best Buy will replace the bulb in the event anything goes wrong or simply through regular use. Steal! Where else can you find an ambient light in magenta or deep indigo blue?

    Its fine not the best

    The colors are very pretty and pigmented. And i like the options from cool to candle light. But The app doesn’t want to sync up with the bulbs a lot and im standing there refreshing the app trying to turn the lights on or off which is annoying. Also, the scheduling does not work! I have it specifically set to where it turns on at 6pm but instead its turns them off if they’re already on.

    What a very unique bulb, different than the previous ones I've ordered. More choices of color & color customizations. Candle is my favorite preset lighting. You will not be disappointed. One of the best LED color bulbs on the market right now.

    I bought these elsewhere. If you want to use them with Google assistant, don't even bother. Super frustrating unless you like hearing Google Assistant saying "sorry See Why En See by Gee Eee is not available" for each bulb you have on your WiFi. I cannot stand them. The app is miserable as well. To be fair, the color seems to be decent.

    Easy to set up, but also easy to flake out on you

    These were on sale and I got them for $35. Took them home and synced them up with Google Assistant. It went super smoothly and the lights were very quick to respond to any of my commands. The only *slightly* bad thing about them was that when they changed colors, they just snapped to the new color instead of fading from the current color to the new one. Oh well not really a big deal. I went to bed happy with my purchase. Then the next day, the lights were suddenly not responsive at all. All four of them ignored my commands. I was eventually able to get them to light up by toggling the physical light switch a few times, but they still wouldn't react to what Google Assistant was telling it to do. So I deleted them from Google Home and tried to start from scratch, but they weren't discoverable any more. So I took them out of the sockets, put them into the box they came in and took them back to the store and got a full refund. Yikes! Why is it so hard to make a good smart bulb that doesn't flake out?

The process takes about 54 seconds and allows the device to enter setup mode where they can be discoverable.     Wasnt seamless with google home

    It advertises seamless setup with google home but it wasnt seamless. I had to download a separate app to add the lights to my home, but then google home always had some connection issue. The colors were vibrant and the price was fair but wasnt smart enough. I also bought regular white smart lights and they worked fine with seamless setup.

    Overall, I love the purchase! The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because some of the solid colors such as your blues, greens, reds etc. could be brighter. On the other hand i love the realistic aspect such as sunset, sunrise, daylight, sunlight, blue sky, snow etc. If you could update the app & add rainy, cloudy/gloomy, some others & touch up some of the primary colors that would be awesome.

    These bulbs are far from worth the effort: SKIP!!

    I bought these as a Black Friday deal and even at a discount, these are NOT worth it. I spend more time factory resetting bulbs in order to get the app to recognize the bulbs. And if I get lucky enough to ‘discover’ a bulb, half the time the app fails to find the internet connection. These are cheap junk products.
