    The bulbs themselves work fine, but the app to control them is very buggy and frequently forgets our settings.

In the meantime, we recommend clearing the cache on your mobile device. To do so on an Android, tap ‘Settings,’ scroll to ‘Apps,’ select the Cync App, tap ‘Storage,’ and clear the cache. To accomplish this on iOS, simply power the device off, wait one minute, and power it back on. -Cync Support Team

    Initially picked up the Sengled version for my daughter's room but it would not pair with her Echo. Returned it for the GE and it has been perfectly fine since. No issues connecting with the Cync app and she's been using it everyday for almost a month with no issues.

    Affordable bought these buy like 2 weeks in two bulds stopped connecting and would not reconnect. Might of had a bead set

    Enjoy them. Love being able to control my lights with my phone; voice control, etc. Love the color options including "daylight" to mood colors which I really like especially in the evening when watching television. The dark blues and pinks help me relax, but provide enough light. I would buy them again.

    I am constantly having to log back into the app from my phone (google pixel 5), but when it works, its fun changing the colors to suit my needs.

    After 7 months of use, two of the light bulbs no longer connect to the Cync app nor my Google Home and cannot be recognized by either even after factory resetting them. The light bulbs themselves still work like regular light bulbs, but that's not why I bought them. I want to connect them to my phone and Google home so I can control the colors but I can no longer do that. Go with Phillips instead

    Can’t connect bulbs to the GE app

    The light works fine as far as just being a regular light bulb. I was not able to get it fully connected to the app. I just connected Sylvannia color-changing bulbs via the Sylvannia app in the Android App Store, and they work perfectly. I followed the directions for the GE app, and everything works fine up until the last connection step. I may try through the Apple app, and see if this makes a difference, but I’m really disappointed in the GE bulbs.

    Purchased as gift. Was told set up was easy and simple. They do wish they were a bit brighter though or responded a bit faster compared to some other brands.

    They worked great at first. After about 2 weeks, it lost connection with Alexia. Bulbs can only be controlled by my phone now. Tried multiple times to get them to connect to Alexa but failed every time. I don’t recommend spending the money on these. If your going to buy any, I suggest just spending the extra money and getting the Phillips Hue bulbs with a hub.

      If your devices are not maintaining a reliable connection to Alexa, we recommend disabling the ‘Cync Skill’ and enabling it again in the Alexa app. Also ensure that your Cync devices are connected to a 2.4GHz network in the Cync app. We would be more than happy to assist you with this.     Very pretty merchandise for a, special, price. With functional performance all that may be lacking in product exceptions are left to the computer language experts to provide more themes and larger selections, in app!

    the light works but but needs s much higher WIFI signal strength then my phone to operate, I also have a bulb from another manufacture that works better for less money.
