    Initial set up was easy enough. All 4 bulbs worked fine. The next day, only one bulb found , all others 'off line'. The cync app didn't help. Google home, 'works with google' app doesn't work. The bulbs are within 10 feet of google. Forget the cync app, useless. Not what I expected. Four days later, same one bulb. Too expensive and not worth the trouble. Will return.

      In this situation, we recommend power cycling your device and clearing your phone cache to re-gain control of your Cync product. To accomplish this, simply flip the switch that your device is connected to. Please note not all devices are controlled by a wall switch. If you are using a lamp, you can power cycle your device by unplugging it and plugging it back in. Our team feels unsettled knowing your experience with your new lights has been less than enjoyable.     love this bulbs, they are good. I sync with my google home and its really easy. Ad they use 84% less energy and last 15 times longer than a 60W incandescent bulb

    The quality of the light is good, but it's not as bright as a traditional 60W bulb. If you're looking to add some color to your lighting and don't mind paying a premium, the GE Cync Smart Full Color Direct Connect Light Bulbs are a decent option.

    I can’t review these bulbs as a product because I’ve been unable to link them to the C by GE app, so they won’t work. They also won’t work through Alexa until they are linked to the C by GE app. I am not technically challenged. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app, rebooted my WiFi router, and restarted my phone multiple times and this app won’t work. I’ve gotten multiple error messages and now I can’t even log into the app anymore. My wifi is operating just fine, as other devices are operating on it with no issue and the Xfinity app shows that the smart bulbs are connected. Don’t waste your time or money, the C By GE products are garbage.

      We are very sorry to hear that you were not able to connect our devices your home wifi network. These bulbs operate on a 2.4ghz wifi network only and will sometimes not pair if 5ghz frequency is priority.     Love it. Always wanted to keep updated with the latest technology and not spend a lot of money and get stuck with a complicated setup. This is the way to go.

    Sync with Google home really well. Can be set to turn on slowly over a set time in the morning with your alarm.

    Nice bulbs , not so sure with Bluetooth connection, can't control them through Bluetooth somehow,

    We use these for our porch light, and it’s nice to use with Alexa to turn on and off while we are out of town. The color feature isn’t something we’ll use often, but was fun for Halloween.

    Works with the ge by C, Cync app and the Google Home app. The new Cync app has a better user experience. My only complaint is the color representation could be better.
