    So far only one of the 4 bulbs will connect to my wifi. when I finally got that one connected it works fine. But for some reason, a bulb in the same light fixture won't connect. Will likely return

      Hi Nick, sorry to hear your devices are not connecting. If one of your lights are not able to pair to the app we recommend factory resetting them using these steps:
      Start with light off for at least 5 seconds.
      Turn on for 8 seconds.
      Turn off for 2 seconds.
      Repeat this process 5 more times, or until the light bulb flashes. The light will flash 3 times if it has been successfully reset.

    I love there lights and the bring a new atmosphere to my home all with the touch within the app. Make sure you get the Direct Connect.

    YOU NEED THE HUB FOR ALEXA lol

    So it was too late before I figured out that you NEED THE HUB to make this work with Alexa. It did work with the Alexa skill for about 24 hours then it stopped. I checked and many people have this problem. A little annoying that was the case. I didn't want to by the hub and commit to GE until I tried out some other brands. Then one of the bulbs died. Support was slow responding and not very much help. While dealing with support, my return time ran out. So I threw them away. Maybe they've updated them by now or at least updated the box so it doesn't say Alexa on it anymore, since that's technically not true. But I don't really care anymore, I want my 25 review points.

      Thanks for reaching out and bringing this to our attention. The Direct Connect bulbs do not require a hub to link them to your Alexa speaker. To use voice commands to control the devices through Alexa you will need an Alexa voice speaker for that. If you have the bluetooth bulbs then you will need a Cync Wifi enabled smart plug to use as a hub to link your bulbs to your Alexa speaker.     It lags sometimes and is terrible for google home. Luckily I have both a google home and an Alexa. Works perfect with Alexa. Also sometimes the lights turn on randomly in the middle of the night. Very annoying

    If you only plan on using it as a regular light bulb it works fine. But if you want the smart features, well this isn't the product. Loses connectivity to the GE app and Alexa. We have given up trying to pair it.

    I love these light bulbs! You can change them to whatever color you would like! We use them in my sons nursery so that when we have a night diaper change he doesn’t get fully woken up. They work great and I love using them with my google!
