    It does the job. However I think the software between GE and Google Home need some tweaking, for some reason the lights become disconnected from Google when I use the GE app

    SCAM. Nonfunctional, data-mining app. No smart.

    I literally cannot rate these bulbs on any aspect of their functionality except turning on. The app that supposedly controls these costs either $12/month or $70 "forever" and seems largely to be a scam. It is impossible to connect to and change settings on these bulbs without paying for the app, and many users thereof report that after paying, it still doesn't work. Stay away from these. I'll probably never buy smart bulbs ever again. Best Buy, for the love of gods, please do some quality control checking here. I should not have to report LIGHTBULBS AS A SCAM.

There are other apps that show up in the search results when searching for the Cync app that are scam apps. The Cync app has a black logo with the letter 'c' surrounded by a light aura.     Had some issues to setup account through the app. I was getting error that account could not be created although it was. After some trouble with setting the account they are working fine.

    This product asks for a hub when clearly it says in the box that NO HUB REQUIRED. Really disappointed, I really wanted this product . Have to look somewhere else. Had to return the product .

      Hi Cyndi on your other review of the smart light starter pack with 4 bulbs and a smart plug, the plug is the hub that you need.
