    Had some issues to setup account through the app. I was getting error that account could not be created although it was. After some trouble with setting the account they are working fine.

    This product asks for a hub when clearly it says in the box that NO HUB REQUIRED. Really disappointed, I really wanted this product . Have to look somewhere else. Had to return the product .

      Hi Cyndi on your other review of the smart light starter pack with 4 bulbs and a smart plug, the plug is the hub that you need.     It does the job. However I think the software between GE and Google Home need some tweaking, for some reason the lights become disconnected from Google when I use the GE app

    Won’t work directly with Alexa

    I do not want to have to download *another* app to make my “Alexa-compatible* smart bulb function with Alexa! The bots do enough data-mining as it is and this really frustrated me. I would return if it wasnt such a pain.

    One of the bulbs did not work in all the color tones. It still functions but only with limited color capabilities.

      Hello Twitch, we certainly regret that you had to undergo this experience. If you have not already done so we implore you to attempt factory resetting your lights by turning them off and on until the light flashes 3 times.     Awful. The bulbs might work fine but the app you are required to use to operate the lights is absolutely terrible. Completely ruins this product I would not recommend to anyone.
