they work great but if you need to reset them its kinda a pain. very simple to use with the app or my alexa. only thing i wish was a option would be a disco/ automatic light change function. i do like that you can adjust the brightness

We are obsessed with these. The girls of the house love having rooms that light pink and it’s great having Alexa control our lighting particularly when we are in bed and do not feel Like getting up or accidental forgot to leave one on when going out of town. We can just turn it on straight from the app

Great product and value, so far I enjoy being able to change my room colors with just my voice it's a wonderful product.

Great bang for the buck definitely these lights do a tremendous job specially if you have a you have an Alexa or google speaker controlling by voice. Was really surprised on how bright they actually got when you adjust to the maximum brightness level.

I am really pleased and excited to activate the operation and color light change of these bulbs from the convenience of the app on my phone. It is also a great security when one returns home late after dark to light up the house.

I love it so much it works with my google assistant and it’s very easy to use just by downloading the C by GE app and you need wifi si if you don’t have wifi i don’t recommend you get this product otherwise it’s perfect and bright

It took me awhile to figure out how to get these bulbs connected to our wifi and looking reliably, but they work great now and I love that there's no "assistant" or "smart speaker" required.

Awesome light , love that you can control it from your phone , but sometimes it doesn't work. Overall great purchase.

I was excited about the product but the iOS app didn't work at all. To begin with, I was not able to create a C by GE account which was a must for using the bulb. It kept saying "Internet connection not found" although I was connected to Internet. Then I found that I had to turn off my VPN which I did and then the activation email was received. The activation email link didn't work though. It kept giving the "Server Error" (attached). Then I called GE Customer Service and they said it is a known issue and they don't have the estimated time for fix. I am not sure if this is temporary or permanent based on reviews I found within the C by GE app. Looks like I am not the first. Didn't expect this from a good brand like GE.

If you ever want to live a happy life. Do not ever buy or use the word cync in your life. Horrible, horrendous and utter nonsense product ever manufactured in the known and unknown universe. Nothing about the product is smart infact the should change the product name to stupid bulb. When they do it then I will give 5 billion stars too.
