Absolute garbage
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worst smart home product I own out of 50 something devices. Disconnects from wifi and/or Alexa integration at least once a month, having to be completely deleted from the manufacturers app and set up again. Used it for over a year, with great wifi. Now sitting in a box in my garage, where it will stay. Go buy something reliable like TP-Link.

Not Ready for PrimeTime!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Short version: I went through considerable effort to install three of these switches and when the time came to connect them to the app, they would not do so. Contacted C by GE support. Spent an hour being led through troubleshooting activities I had already done. Tech decides I have a "unique issue" and elevates it to someone else who will "contact me soon". He also said I would receive an email outlining the issue and next steps. Nearly a week transpired with no follow-up and no email.
