The half round cord cover is a great way to tidy up the look of cords within any space. The cover can be cut to length as needed to provide a custom fit for the space it's utilized in. This cover is advertised as being small but it can hold 2 to 4 cords, depending on their size. Opening the cover is really easy and it remains tightly shut when the cover is closed. The adhesive backing is strong and seems like it will hold the cover in place until I choose to remove it. My initial planned use of the cover didn't work out because I had more cords in the bunch than this cover was able to hold, but it worked out for the best because the place I ended up using it was more fitting and it perfectly cleaned up the look in my office. I was most pleased with how well the cover seamlessly blended into the location I ended up putting it - see included pictures - and I am very happy with the end results. I would recommend this cover for those looking to clean up the look of visible cords whether in an office space or at home.

The D-Line half round cord cover was easy to open to insert the power cord and snapped back shut with little effort. It’s a small strip being less than an inch and a quarter wide and slightly more than half inch height so only 1 cord will fit, maybe 2 depending on the thickness of the cords. It is 39 inches long though, so I had to cut a little off for it to fit where I wanted it, but it was easy to cut evenly and still opened and closed with no problem. The adhesive on the back of the strip seems to be adhering to the wall very well so far. A word of advice is to be sure you have it placed where you’re sure you want it if mounting to a painted surface because the adhesive may pull the paint off. Speaking of paint, I used the small cutoff piece to test how it would look if I painted it to match my wall. The paint went on smoothly and looks okay. I painted the test piece while it was open so that the seam was not sealed shut by the paint. Overall, the cord cover serves its purpose for me, which is to hide a black cord against a light-colored wall. I will be getting a few more for other areas of the house that have exposed cords.

A great way to hide the cables

Having the cables behind the wall is the best way to hide the cables but when either the walls are not accessible or the cables are temporary placed where they are visible, this cover does a great job hiding them. I like that the cover is easy to open and close the hide the cables The cover also has double sided tape on the flat side so it can stick to the wall, or floor so it stays put into place. I also like that it is paintable so the cables and the cover both are hidden in plain sight. Since the cover is made of PVC, it is durable yet easy to cut to a desired length. So we do like how our wall looks, clean of ugly cables, now they are in the D Line Cover and since we have white walls we did not have to paint it, it blends right in. And there are other accessories that can be added such as the corner joint and there are even other kits to consider. This cable cover also works for people that are renting or do not want to make holes on the wall to hide the cables, it is an easy solution that makes a big difference.

The D-Line cord cover is a great way to conceal your cables without having to cut holes in your wall. The cord cover is a solid piece of PVC that can be opened on one side to run cables through it. Once you have the cables ran, there is lip which allows you to close the cover to make it look flush. The back end of it is flat with pre-installed sticky tape, to stick it to the wall. The quality of the cover is great it's solid and has nice flush blend on the rounded side. I really like how easy it is to open and close the tube, this is makes is very convenient if you want to add or change cables in the future. The size of the tube is a decent size if you're looking to only run a few cables, I was able to fit about 3 thick HDMI cables and a power cord with the cover bulging out. Of course this varies depending on the size of cables you use. Overall, I am very happy with D-Line Half Round Cord Cover. This is the perfect option if you don't want or have access to run cables through your wall, but want to conceal them. The build quality is solid, and the design is great. It's very easy to open and close the tube, yet it says secure with the lip mechanism. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for an easy cable management option.

Makes a wall mounted tv look clean.

I’ve had my tcl nxtFrame tv mounted for over 6 months and it looked fine with the wires hanging and I didn’t mind at first like most people. But as time passed, I had several people mention it looking nice but the wires took away from the overall look. So I decided to look into one of these cable management/cord hider. And decided on D line as it was a fair price and fit my needs. I knew it would be longer than I needed but I figured I could cut it down easily and i did and it was easy enough. The cord hider was a say to install with great and very strong double sided tape. The part where you open and hide the wires has enough space for 3 maybe 4 wires as long as they as no too thick. You can lock the “door” and it will not open easily which I think is better than a cheaper version you can find elsewhere. It matches our walls perfectly and even matches the tv perfectly as well. I unfortunately was rushing and did not use a measuring tape to get the tube dead center so it’s a little off and when I tried to remove it would not come off lol. Hey at least it’s super strong. But yea I definitely recommend if you have a tv that’s mounted. I think this size is perfect for most tvs. For me I have 2 pieces and I will be mounting another tv in my dining room and I’ll use the other piece for that. For the retail price it’s a no brainer. Tv looks super clean now and only took maybe 10 mins.

    De-Clutter

The D-Line Half Round Cord Cover is a lightweight wire organizer that helps de-clutter your messy wires. The cord cover is a little longer than three feet and can fit small to medium size wires. The adhesive on the back is super strong and binds easily for a great fit. I currently have a 49 inch curved monitor with a USB 5 hub and surround sound speakers hooked up for work/entertainment, while everything looks nice and clean up top the wires underneath are horrible. I found my legs catching the wires when moving around at times and my little ones would get down there and yank the wires. The D-Line Cord cover did a great job clearing up the clutter and attached in no time, I cut the cord cover and installed it with running the wires in under 3 mins. Cutting the cord cover was easy and I was expecting the adhesive part to fray but it didn’t which makes me think that the glue used will hold up well for a long time. As I used the cover under my desk I didn’t need to paint it however if you’re using this where it's visible you can paint it so it blends into its surroundings. The cord cover is well built and easy to install and I would highly recommend to everyone that has any unsightly wires showing.

Simple, Clean and Effective Cable Management

The D-Line cable management system is one of the cleanest and easiest solutions I’ve used for organizing cables. It’s lightweight, well-constructed, and paintable to match any décor. What stands out most is how simple it is to conceal cables. The hinged lid opens and closes smoothly, and once shut, it has a seamless finish with barely any visible lines where the hinge meets the clasp. This particular model is the small version, measuring just over 3 feet (39 inches). It comes with pre-applied self-adhesive tape on the back, making installation quick and hassle-free with no drilling required. I used it to manage the clutter of USB cables around my gaming desk. I cut the channel into multiple sections using an oscillating tool and mounted them under the desk to route all my cables. Since it’s made of plastic, cutting was easy, and the final result was neat and satisfying. Overall, this is a user-friendly cable management system. The adhesive backing eliminates the need for tools, and the easy open design allows quick access for adding or removing cables. Once closed, the strong locking mechanism keeps everything secure. Plus, the option to paint it makes it easy to blend into any space.

    Clean up your Cable Mess

PRODUCT D-Line Half Round Cord Cover (Small) I needed to move my "personal" PC setup to the family room (instead of spare bedroom) and my cables always bothered my spouse and myself as they were highly visible from the couch. Previously, I had tied them up as best I could with zip ties and so, but they were still "hanging" in sight. The D-Line cord cover gave me the opportunity to clean up my mess. The tape is strong enough to adhere well to the desk and hold several cables. Because my desk was small I was easily able to cut the cover to the size I needed. I then used the spare (smaller) part to hide some additional power cords. I would consider going with a larger (deeper) channel to hide thick power cords or if you have many cords. Overall the quality is great and structurally sound. It looks nice too and matches my white desk. RECOMMENDATION I fully recommend the cable cover for anyone who wants or needs a little more organization in their setup. They are a good value and perform well.

This cable cover works great to hide one or more cables. It is made of a durable but slightly flexible PVC that feels sturdy but doesn’t bend. It also doesn’t deform or compress when walked on. It comes with a foam adhesive strip pre-installed on the bottom, so you can fix it in place on hard flooring, baseboards, or walls to hide your cables cleanly and neatly. Its design is a one-piece half round D-shape with a clamshell-style, click-and-lock hinge that opens easily but also stays firmly shut when snapped back together. This makes it easy to place your cables inside and remove them, if necessary. The only drawback is that the adhesive strip is one-time-use only, so if you decide to move it you will need to remove and replace the sticker, which may leave a residue on the surface it’s adhered to. The interior chamber of the cord cover comfortably fits 3-4 wires of a thick gauge up to half an inch thick and is 1 inch wide. The cord cover is also paintable to match wall or molding colors to further conceal it from view. I found that once fixed to my vinyl floors, my robot vacuum was able to traverse over it, although with some difficulty, sometimes getting stuck for a few seconds before figuring out how to cross over it. The length you receive is 39 inches but you can also cut it to size or into multiple pieces to meet your needs, for example to create corners. Overall, it worked well for preventing cords from being a trip hazard, getting caught in the vacuum, and making things look neat and tidy.

    Cleans up the messy cords

I have used a number of cord covers both at the office and in my home. The problem I have with most of them, correction, all of them has been that they will not stay adhered to the wall with adhesive they come with. This ends up making me screw them to the wall so the don't fall off. Imagine my surprise that this little gem stuck without issue and adheres well beyond my expectation. The hardest part was getting the protective strip off the tape strip to put it on the wall. Not a major issue as once you get it started it peels off easily. As for the channel it is just over three feet long and is rounded which aesthetically I like more than the rectangular ones and it makes it really easy to get a thicker cord inside. As for the channel, it was easy to open and once I got the cord inside, sliding my finger down the channel locked it back in place. It also can be opened up to add or remove cables or cords. It is a bright white which made me realize I need to clean some baseboards. There are accessories available also allowing you to deal with inside or outside corners and even join multiple channels together. Setup time start to finish was about a minute. I now have to go get more.

D-line cord cover does exactly what it promises. It keeps cables tucked away and out of sight. I used it to hide a thick fan cable along my bedroom wall, and it sits nice and flush for a clean look. It was easy to snap open, insert the cable, and click shut. Once closed, it stays in place without gaps or popping open. The material feels sturdy and well made. The adhesive backing is strong, which is great if you want it to stay in place long-term. Since I rent, I didn’t want to risk damaging the wall. I peeled off some of the adhesive and replaced it with a more renter-friendly option. That worked well and still held everything securely. The size is on the smaller side, so it’s best for one to three cords depending on thickness. I wouldn’t recommend it for bulky or complicated cable setups. For the price, I was expecting a little more, but it still does the job. If you're looking for a simple and clean solution to hide a few visible cords, this is a solid pick. Pros: + Quick and easy to install + Strong adhesive backing, no tools needed (maybe too strong especially for those who are renters) + Opens and closes without hassle, easy clasp that stays closed + Great for smaller setups like TVs or desk gear + Matte finish Cons: - Only fits a few cords (1–3 depending on size) - Pretty small - Not ideal for larger or messier cable setups - Adhesive might pull off paint if repositioned

With a home lab consisting of one gateway, five routers, and three switches, I rely heavily on wiring cover systems to avoid a tangled mess. Without them, my walls would be Spaghetti City, which my wife wouldn't appreciate. The D-Line Half Round Cord Cover (1.18in W x 0.59in H x 39in L) is ideal for short runs of smaller cables in the office. It can fit three ethernet cables with room for a few thin power cables for laptops or switches. I first used the Wire Cover to manage the power cables for a Unifi Gateway and TP-Link 10GB switch. It perfectly clears loose wires and keeps cables from falling off the shelf when disconnected. While installing, I used a powered scroll saw to trim the pieces to size and then smoothed them with a file. The fit and finish was smooth and easily completed Like: - Self-adhesive trunking - Light PVC construction - Snap-together sections - Paintable, does not require priming and should be virtually invisible - Accessories available for corners This is my third application of Wiring Covers, and the D-Line is an First-rate product and highly recommended.

    Good product but too small

Please be sure to check the dimensions and confirm it's big enough for what you need because D-Line Half Round Cord Cover (Small) is definitely small. The length 39in is long enough but the width at 1.18in and the height at 0.59in are not large enough to house more than three standard sized cables. Yes, it's my oversight for not reading the size descriptions more carefully and taking measurements of the cords I owned but just thought (hoped) it would be bigger. So, this cord cover was not big enough for my original intension (hiding about ten cords of various sizes) but I had another 'undesired' area with a couple of cords, which this cover worked out quite nicely. In preparation, opening the casing was no brainer and the construction looked pretty durable. I was able to tuck away one HDMI cord and another very think power cord for my Web cam. I am not using the adhesive tape at the bottom because I don't want this cover to be affixed as I use a height- adjustable desk. I am not painting it either because the plain white doesn't bother me. Overall, D-Line Half Round Cord Cover is a good product but I am giving four-stars because this size is simply too small in my opinion.

    Typical Cord Conduit/Cover

This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

The D-Line Half Round Cord Cover (Small) is a simple yet practical DIY half-round cable conduit/concealer. There aren't any distinguishing features or offerings to this brand vs. a bunch of others out there - with the exception of the high leaning price. For those curious, the inner half-diameter (measured with calipers..) is 12mm in height at its highest point and 24mm across (opposite the adhesive strip). This is important to know depending on how many & what type of cables/wiring you intend to conceal while maintaining ones ability to actually snap it closed afterwards. The adhesive strip is not branded, such as by 3M, for those that care about that sort of thing. The top of the strip is little bit difficult to open up and I wouldn't advise anyone to consider buying this if they anticipate repeated openings & closings, with the intent of being able to change the cabling frequently. It's more of a one-and-done kind of solution. I've seen similar products that have more of a subtle texturing to the outer surfaces, thereby making them way more easy to paint. But in defense of D-Line, they do state that to actually paint these, you'll need to apply some abrasion to the surfaces intending to be painted - before hand. And I would recommend not only that but also to apply a very light primer coat before the actual paint - giving it plenty of time to dry/cure. I would call this a semi-gloss surface that leans more towards a gloss and not what I would call an "unfinished" surface. In use, expect to be able to conceal 3 to 4 standard IEC power cords; or 2 to 3 more standard sized HDMI/DP cables; or 2 to 3 more bulky USB-4/Thunderbolt cables - - or various combinations of any he those three categories - - inside this concealing conduit. Certainly slimmer gauge, insulated cables/wires will allow for a higher, overall count; such as speaker cables; audio interconnects; wall-wart/power brick wires, etc. I gave this product three Stars because it seems fairly "typical", I've seen higher grade competing offerings for around the same pricing or lower; and this version is not easily paint-able without additional preparation treatments to the PVC. Pretty much anything is "paint-able" if you take some sand paper to it first... ; )

Color and Finish Blend Well with White Wall

The D-line cord cover is easy to install, no directions needed or included. There’s a sticky plastic that covers the top (curved section). Peels right off. At first, I thought I’d have to string the power cord through the 39” length of cord cover. Of course, the plug part of the power cord won’t fit. If you pull just a bit on the back (flat section) the cord cover opens. With that in mind I put the cords through the cord cover and then attached it to the wall. To attach the cable cover, remove the blue tape covering the sticky backing and attach to the wall. If you don't bet the cord cover exactly where you want it, you can remove it from the wall and reposition it. Although there are many shades of white, the D-Line cord cover white blends well with my white wall. Also, the cord cover has a nice matte finish so nothing shinny and distracting while watching television. The cord cover fits a single power cord easily. I was able to fit two power cords through the D-Line cord cover, one for the television and the Blue Ray player.

Nothing is worse than bad cable management. Having wires everywhere is an unsightly mess and this cable management channel does a great job hiding them. It can make a mess of cluttered cables disappear in an instant. It’s incredibly easy to use, just snap it apart and put the cables in the channel and click the two pieces back together. The adhesive strip on the back makes it easy to adhere to a wall or the floor. It can fit 2-3 cords depending on the thickness but works perfect for hiding a few cords for a mounted tv or running an extensors along the wall. It can even be painted to match the color of your wall. You can even cut down the length if it’s too long for what you need. This product does exactly what it advertises. It hides cables and does it in a way that is very diy friendly. You can’t go wrong with this cable management system. It makes organizing your mess of cables just a little bit easier. You really can’t go wrong here with this very simple solution to an annoying problem.

This D-line stuff works great! The cable concealer works for vertical applications, such as TV wall mounting, as well as horizontal, such as along baseboards, and comes in a nice matte white finish that doesn’t need to be painted to blend in well. (Though the product is paintable also). The raceway has a nice self-adhesive backing, but I recommend securing with a few stud-aligned drywall screws in the backing for permanent installations. The cable concealer has a nice opening “hinge” side, and one of the better closing clasp designs I’ve used in cable raceway, ensuring that when it’s closed it stays closed, with a satisfying SNAP. Re-opening to change cables was still simple if started from one of the ends and the conduit worked open from the end to change cables, etc. There’s enough capacity in this small conduit for at least a normal thickness TV power cord and a decent-thickness HDMI cable or two. Those with gaming setups or lots of set-top boxes may want to look for a bigger size for carrying 2-3+ HDMI or additional audio cables in addition to power in a TV scenario. This conduit would also work really way to carry a few CAT5e or CAT6 Ethernet cables up or across a wall. In summary, this is a versatile, high-quality product that will serve well for its intended uses.

Bye Spaghetti Monster - No More Cables

Are you tired of that mess of cables hanging behind your wall-mounted TV since you didn't want to add an outlet? How about the mess of cables in your entertainment center or console, where all your wires stretch down to the floor? This is for you if you're ready to make a change and take control of your wire management, employing a paintable and tidy solution like the D-Line half-round cord cover. It is very easy to use, cut, and install. There is no need for a special tool; a solid standard pair of scissors will suffice, or a utility knife if you are in a pinch. You can mount it on a wall, on the floor, under a desk, or anywhere the sticky tape will hold, but you have wires that look like a spaghetti mess. Even without the sticky tape, you can leave the cables in the channel and make a better appearance. Installation is simple. First, perform a test run to verify that the cables fit and hold securely to the wall or area where you intend to mount them. Run your thumb along the inside of the D channel and pry it open. You will see there is enough pressure, and it is strong and flexible enough to close around your cables, assuming they fit. I inserted three HDMI cables and a power cable into the channel without issue. Now, you are ready to install. Measure and cut if necessary, then peel and place to finalize the installation. **TIP: Leave the channel open when installing so you can apply pressure to the bottom without pressing down on the curved cover. For the best look, I recommend painting it to make it less noticeable and camouflaged**. This is what I did, and I love it more! In all, it was simple to install, concealed and managed the cables well, and brought tidiness to a place that looked like the spaghetti monster's lair. With this, you can easily hide cables and save money without cutting drywall or installing new outlets in areas such as entertainment centers, wall-mounted TVs, and around network devices like routers and modems, thereby saving both time and money. It's ideal for apartment or dorm living, for renters and homeowners who lack wall outlets, and for addressing business or homeowners' safety concerns. In short, this is a buy for anyone who hates seeing wires…period!
