Got You Covered
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. There are numerous types of cord covers in the marketplace, and I have a couple of large ones in place. This new small size from D-Line is ideal for small to medium cords. However, a single large cord might also fit. The Raceway, as D-Line calls it, is an excellent choice for covering cords. Its small size and design not only conceal cords, but it also reduces the danger of tripping if it crosses open floor areas, as compared to some larger covers. It is constructed of high-quality PVC, and the hinge to open for cord insertion can be opened/closed with no worry of damage to the cover itself. In addition to strength, it is also very versatile. Not included, but can be bought separately, are corner pieces, T’s, caps, etc. All at affordable prices. *Should it be too long for your need, the cover can be cut/sawed to match your requirement. *The white color makes it highly visible if placed on a dark surface. If you don’t like that, you can paint it any color you want. Rough it up slightly with fine sandpaper and apply the paint. Two coats recommended. * When you have found your spot, peel the blue strip off the rear and expose the self-adhesive backing. Press into place, and you are good to go. Builders never put enough outlets in bathrooms. Having to use multi-plugs means multiple cords, and I found the perfect location for my Raceway. All I had to do was trim a few inches off the cover, and in minutes the job was finished. The Raceway installation was so quick and easy, I have already identified a couple of places where I could use more. When you need to hide those cords, think of D-Line and the Raceway. Or if you need a bigger size or have a bundle of cords to cover, still think D-Line. They’ve got you covered.

Easily secure your cords for safety and aesthetic
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am constantly battling with cords, with my computer equipment and various other objects around the house. While it isn't so dangerous behind a desk or under a desk, it still makes the area look messy. The only way to help with this is with cord covers. I ended up using this in my workout room where I have cords running to various exercise machines. Unfortunately, there is really no way to protect the cords coming from the outlets to various machines. Since this measured approximately forty inches, I ended up cutting it in half and using it in two separate locations. It was the perfect solution for both safety and aesthetics. The construction consists of a long hinge on one side that easily opens and then snaps closed on the other side. The construction is very secure. The cord slot is plenty wide for almost any thickness of cord, including the rugged exercise cords used for exercise bikes and treadmills. Another very nice feature of this cord protector is the adhesive strip on the bottom. It makes it very secure when trying to keep cords in place.

Best cable hider I've used.
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This was the perfect length for my wall mounted tv. I have a wall-mounted tv in the RV and I have snake a ethernet and hdmi cable through to the tv from my over-the-air dvr. This was able to hide both of the cables with no problem. I suspect that this product would also fit 2 of any of the following cables based on what I've seen; ethernet, coax, hdmi, audio cables to help you visualize what it can do. The material feels premium, opens from one side, and can be painted to match walls. I was able to use a small hacksaw to cut it down to the size I wanted very easily (absolutely not needed). Additionally, the self-adhesive material is nice in that it allows you to place it where you want instead of having to use drywall anchors and a few other products to try and mount it. If you are wanting something simple to hide your cables, look no further. The adhesive appears to hold pretty strong, but not strong enough to rip the pain off the wall, making this renter friendly. Installation start to finish took about 5 minutes.

Slim Cord Cover Great in Tight Spaces
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The D-Line Half Round Cord Cover (Small) opens along its long edge so you can insert the cords you want to cover. This half-round cover would work best next to a wall or furniture where you want to tuck your cords away, but don't have to step over the cover. The cover easily fits the heavy-gauge cord from my surge protector and 1-2 standard-sized power cords. The cover is white, semihard polymer. It is hinged along its long edge and snaps closed on the opposite side. Just insert the cords and make sure to snap the cover so it closes securely; otherwise it may pop open. I placed the D-Line Half Round Cord Cover in the crook of a step in a carpeted floor in my office, and it fits well in this small space without getting in the way of normal foot traffic. It also would be very useful behind my sectional sofa, to hide the cords to the powered recliner seating and the surge protector where I plug in the power cords. This is a pleasant-looking and compact cord protector that is good in tight spaces. Its white color can blend with many baseboards.

Just what I needed!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When installing a new tv along with assorted cords, you often get the end result of different colored cables that have to be secured in a tidy fashion to your wall. The problem is, the cords and cables are unsightly against a beige/off white wall. I had bought something from a major online retailer that kinda worked, but just wasn't right in diameter or length. I needed a solution for my OCD mind. And here I found it. This is fabulous in its length and was able to safely hold three cables going to the back of the tv including the power cable and it nearly matches the off white of the wall. If you did not know this cover was there you wouldn't see it. This has a full length opening that clicks back into place as well as a full length adhesive strip to mount it to the wall in a secure fashion. This is so professional looking and is not made with a cheap plastic that you'd be afraid to break clicking it closed. Installation time was about five minutes. If you have cables to hide and have an off white wall, this is a great solution!

Nice Value Wall Mountable cord cover
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you can't hide your cables behind your wall, this is really the next best option available. It is easy to mount with a self-adhesive back. The 39 inch length is perfect to route cables from a TV stand or console to a wall mounted TV. With the ability to route upto 3 cables, you can get power and 2 HDMI cables, which will cover most situations. The cord cover is also paintable, so you can paint to match your wall color, but the neutral white color that it comes in will still look neater than loose cables. The hinged lid makes this easy to make changes to your cables even after you install, this is a very nice feature. While the single piece that comes in this kit will likely cover most situations, there are accessories available to do more complex cable routing around corners etc... So when combined with other products, you can route along your baseboards if you need to before going up to your TV. The price is also a decent value so you can really go wrong if you need a good solution to hide your cables.

Nice Compact Design
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The wire channel is pretty neat, i got tired of putting holes in my walls and running wire. This is a quick option that when painted looks great, it's not a completely invisible install but it is very easy and clean enough. The plastic seems durable enough, the adhesive does a good job of sticking to a clean wall surface. The material makes for an easy paint job to match the background wall color. The interior space is a little tight, the outlet plugs nowadays are pretty thick and if you are running an hdmi cable then you are pretty much limited to 2 wire cables...so keep this in mind. The snap shut case. is very easy to use, it snaps tight and does not pop open. The issue is if you need to re-open it and add or remove a wire then the design of the snap shut closure is a nightmare. I had to reopen a strip and pretty much mangled the locking lid in order to open it. I was able to replace the piece but i now know it does not lend itself to reopen and close. Overall nifty design, easy install but not really open/close friendly.

Works great as intended.
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The D-Line half round cord cover is a great way to conceal the clutter of your cords from hanging down behind your TV or wherever you may need them hidden away. Alot of people don't have the ability to run cords thru your wall or just don't like the look of cords hanging down, that's where this cord hider comes in handy. It's made of a nice sturdy piece of plastic that is easy to open and shut to add cords, but also stays closed on it's on to keep everything hidden away. The adhesive backing is made to stick to your wall and not move. The D-Line cord cover is also paintable if you'd like to camo it into your wall color which is what I did. Just rough up the cord hider on the outside with some light sandpaper and apply two coats of whatever color paint matches your wall and shazaam you have successfully hidden your cords even more. This is a well made product and looks way better on the wall than a bunch of sloppy wires all over the place. If you're looking for a paintable wire hiding solution that doesn't break the bank, check out this D-Line Cord cover.

durable product with easy installation
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.D-Line Half Round Cord Cover (Small) The d line half round cord cover is easy to use, has a strong adhesive, and integrates well into a high fidelity setup without having to drill into walls. This cord cover feels sturdy and durable. It is made of a strong PVC. It comes in a neutral white color but according to the manufacturer can be painted to match a wall which is an added benefit. Installation is simple. To mount it to a wall, there’s already a self adhesive installed on the flat side of the cord cover. The adhesive feels very strong and like it will stay in place for as long as it needs to. One of the most genius things about this design is the hinge. The d ring has a rubber hinge that allows the entire cover to open up to easily hide the cables in. When closed, the cover clicks into place which should prevent the cables from falling out. When open, it allows for easy swapping of cables. Overall, this is a great durable product with easy installation and an easy mechanism to switch cables.

Affordable and effective way to hide cables
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am quite happy with this cable cover. I am using it to hide CAT 5 cable coming down the wall from ceiling tiles to a laptop that is connected to a large TV mounted to the wall, and used for teleconferences. The adhesive strip worked quite well to affix the cover onto the wall; I don't think it's coming off (could be a problem later I suppose). Right now, the cover is not the same color as the wall, so it sticks out a bit, but it looks better than a blue ethernet cable dangling down the ceiling. Of note, the cover is paintable, so when we have a chance, we'll paint the cover to match the wall. Adding this cover has quickly solved the dangling cable issue we had. If you want to hide cables quickly and effectively, in many different ways (up a wall like me, or along a baseboard), these will do the trick. I think value for the money is great given the esthetic improvements, and given the time savings of alternate methods of hiding cables. These are adequate for home use and business use.

Quick and easy solution to hide cords
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you don't want to mess with drilling holes in your walls to hide TV cords, this is the ticket. Granted, its small interior diameter means you can cram too many cords inside. But if all you have is an HDMI cable, AC cord and maybe an ethernet or optical cable, the D-Line Cord Cover will get the job done. Like most cord covers, this one is plastic and opens like a clam shell to make it easy to arrange the cords inside. A friction catch ensures it stays closed after you are done -- assuming you don't try to jam too much inside. D-Line regards this 39-inch version as "small" but it might be just right for a lot of installation jobs. No cutting required. The bottom of my 75-ich TV sits about 35 inches off the ground so this length is just about perfect to take he cords down to baseboard level. But it you have a situation that requires a shorter run, cutting the cord cover is no big deal. The soft plastic is easily cut with a hacksaw or other cutting device. Then position the cord cover where you want it (make sure it is straight), peel the self stick tape on back, arrange the cords inside the slot and then close it up. It could not be easier. If you have white walls, it will blend right in and you will be good to go. If not, the D Line cover can easily be painted to match your walls. Admittedly, this cord cover does not provide as clean a look as running wires inside the wall. But if that is too much trouble, or you just don't want to perform surgery on your walls, this covers up those unsightly cords running this way and that below your TV.
