This is our second purchase of this cam. The first one just stopped working after a year. We bought this again because we liked the features but we’ll see if this broke down out of nowhere again, we’ll never buy this again

Pro- good for one room. 2way talk Con- not in color sometimes

Starts out good but always drops internet, even after a new replacement. Audio is not great but video is good. There are better out there.

Too many alerts due to change of light in the room. Even whether the sun is shining! And the night vision is not great! We have the sensitivity down to 25 % and still too sensitive.

When I tried to connect it through the wi-fi it would never connect. I tried it several times without success. I did not have an issue with a Nest Doorbell or wi-fi lights bulbs I purchased at the same time.

Cameras are great, can speak through them remotely. Also the microphone is sensitive and picks up a lot. DLink support isn’t to good, hard time getting assistance on existing accounts. Had to open a new account and cancelled the old.

If you have older cameras, forget it. The d-view software doesn’t work with this. Not able to access with anything but the phone app. Returned the next day, as incompatible with other dlink cameras

I purchased the camera and started the set up. It took a few times tomfind my WiFi even though I was standing right next to it. After the initial setup the camera only recorded in bland and white. I called tech support and was told it would eventually turn to color. The next day some videos were color and some were black and white. The video quality is dark and poor. The other problem is every time to log into the app to view a video you have to type in your name and password. It should have an auto save option but it lacks that key feature. I returned it and got an Arlo. Hopefully it’s a lot better

Works pretty well but I am disappointed that is is not compatible with the D-link DNR-202L video server and I have to use it with a separate D-link application.

This is a relly good camera for the money. I set it up on my back porch, and it has a real good picture quality especially during the day.

the price was all right. did not come with instructions was hard for me to set up had to find a friend to work it up he took a while but it works now

Very great product a bit sensitive it goes off easy but I rather it go off more than less it detects very light movement like a candle flicking or steam coming from radiator

This works okay but requires you to buy monthly space for the clips. The WYZE Cam costs $25.00 and saves 2 weeks of clips on their cloud for free.

Not impressed with the night vision technology. A great beginner camera that don't have to pay a monthly fee for.

It does the job as a surveillance camera but this camera is not the best. It’s slow at capturing movement, it almost looks like it’s glitching because of how slow it processes movement. It also doesn’t allow you to view the camera for example I have it connected to my phone so when i’m watching what’s happening from my phone it only gives you a couple minutes to view then you have to refresh. It’s Frustrating.

no security here.. just good for monitoring..motion and recording feature are useless. the app is no good and no web based control. nothing works correctly. there is no way you can make adjustments for recording features at all.absolute garbage of a security camera. this thing shoukd sold as a baby monitor..

Cumbersom to set up and use the app to control. Need additional cameras but will find another brand.

Product goes offline a lot and requires to be reset.

Good camera comes back after a power or internet outage. My older D-Link doesn't

Setup is via mobile device only. Online web-configuration is not available. Camera must to set to record in two separate menu options: device and automation. Motion was not detected or recorded via micro SD card or cloud service. I would not recommend this camera.
