    Poor mobile app, online app doesn't work with IOS

    We bough two for security. After fighting with the mobile app we tried the online app. It has not been working since Nov 2018. We returned one of the two cameras.

    This camera picked up nothing. Do not waste your money. Promptly returned and purchased a Nest Camera. Nest is definitely the way to go.

    This is great little camera. Love that you can turn the led off so it’s not obvious. Great night vision as well. Only two complaints, the cord is way too short makes setting it up on walls hard and the motion sensor is very limited, you need to be standing very close to it. Setup was a breeze though.

    Used in my puppies crate. Very easy to set up. Can’t talk to my puppy though it but I can hear her. Definitely cheaper than getting a regular pet camera.

    I’m sorry but I just wasn’t able to get this thing setup. Features are too complex. I spent an hour with tech support on the phone and they didn’t seem to know what was going on. It could’ve been a Wi-Fi problem but my Wi-Fi is working perfectly. It worked for some of the time there was about a two second lag But seem to only work when the unit was on the same Wi-Fi channel as my phone and would not work and would continue loading if my phone was on a different Wi-Fi channel. Overall I believe they’re better units for the money out there and it should not of been so hard to set this up and to get it to work. I just recently set up a printer on my Wi-Fi so I think I know what I’m doing this unit is just too complicated to be useful and so on reliable that I had to return it.

    Could not connect

    I could never get this camera connected. I called customer service and talked to them for two hours troubleshooting. They were very nice and helpful, but we could not get the camera connected. It would always get to halfway during the connection and error. I returned this camera and spent some extra money and bought the Nest. I got the Nest connected within 5 minutes.

    Worked right up till firmware upgrade. Then it never worked again. Cant seem to see my network as it did before. Tech support lacking knowledge to fix.
