This is a great product for your office. The software system is a little confusing.

I can't get it to do what I needed it for. I'm not sure what i'm doing wrong

Difficult to maneuver for live viewing. Get a lot of static as well

Has its flaws, but when it does work it works well

It drops wifi connection often and quality is not clear.

I could not initialize, activate or “Bind” this camera with the D-link application (My Dlink) necessary to use this camera. The D-link customer service rep and their supervisor told me this was a known problem and they had notified their management. Why continue to sell what will not work? No reply!

Whenever this camera works it’s great but it loses video steam all the time and no matter what I do I won’t get it back. I can go to cloud and retrieve videos when there’s motion but can’t do live stream. I bought it to keep an wye on my fur babies but it stays off more than it’s on. The manufactures always says to restart it but it never works. Sometimes it don’t have live stream for a few hours and sometimes it’s weeks. If I had the chance to go back I would not buy this camera at all.

I bought this because my other dlinks have a web-based UI, but these newer models do not which make them very limited in functionality with other APPS. I therefore retrieved it.

I purchased six cameras and six SD cards. I explained to the sales representative that I didn’t have internet at the location destination. He insisted that they would work. I have not found this to be so. I even contacted your GEEK squad for assistance and they couldn’t make them work either. I have yet to return them, hoping that someone can explain to me how they will work. Should I give up and return them, or hold out hoping for the best.

6 months used them doesn’t work anymore and service doesn’t work with my complaint but it was excellent the firsts times

I bought this camera not expecting much for how cheap it was. The camera lags often, the app is glitchy, and often times if you move the camera, the video feed will freeze and requires manual reset. Don't waste your time or money. Buy an Amcrest or other similar brand instead, more bang for the buck in every area and they cost about the same.

5 to 10 attempts to connect to WiFi failed. Contacted DlInk customer support and all of their suggestions failed to get the device to connect to Wifi. Very disappointed in DLink. Will not be buying from them again.

Did not set up at all. Wasn't able to get to connect to WiFi or even get it to connect to Ethernet right they need to impove the set up process. Will not buy another d link product.

Cannot view live camera feed via cellular connection. In the FAQ's for the device they admit it's a problem, tell you what causes the problem, but provide no support on how to fix the issue. Seems to be related to having a modem/router combo but they could not guarantee this was the source of the problem.

This camera was HORRIBLE!!! It only lets you get like 4-5 pics per month and then forget about trying to view anything online. If it does ever let you on it just freezes!

I returned it. Did not like it because it doesn’t work in the dark

Too much lag when panning. But not bad for stationary use.

Didn’t work as I felt it should for the price. The pan, tilt, and zoom

So after 4 hours of reading the manual and replacing it with an idental product and speaking with their tech support I was unable to get this piece of junk to work. Would not recommend ever.
