Works great I will be looking into getting a camera that can zoom in if I can find one that would be nice

Easy setup, great image quality but apparently you have to use the app on a phone or tablet and you cannot connect to the camera from your PC or Mac computer. My old Foscam camera could be viewed on the app or by direct IP address.

5 minutes to set up. No issues.. Best low cost security camera I've used . WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!!

Garbage app. One tap settings don't work consistently. Regular settings do not work. No explanations in app, just a ton of "simple" icons. Motion alerts with no motion and I literally got robbed last week and not a single notification OR recording because when the app updated it shut the camera off without telling me. If you are going to buy this be sure to also get a security camera that, you know, works.

Purchased this model based on the Best Buy reviews and a DLink at another office. WiFi setup proved too time consuming, so a wired connection was used. Wanted to view the web cam image in real time on a PC,like our other model Dlink. This model does not have portal viewing, only viewing with the App. Trying to tweak the settings to record only motion during closed hours was challenging. Instructions for setup, scheduling and configuration should be available, since there is not an intuitive interface for the user.

Bought the camera with high hopes of a nice wireless camera. At home, I was unable get it to connect to their app. After 1 hour on the phone with their tech support and 25 failed attempts to get the thing to connect, they informed me that it’s a known problem with this cameras firmware, they CANNOT fix it and they don’t know when they will be able fix it.....and they are still selling it. She said some of them may work but they don’t know why. My advise, steer clear, save your time and money

Have had this since 2019, worked well for a while and now won’t stay connected to WiFi.

This is the second day of using the cameras. I bought two of them. I am at work now and have been trying to connect and no success! My phone internet reception is great and still i am not able to connect. Also when i could connect, the picture was so blurry! I will probably return it

Camera worked in live view but it had a few issues. I could not get it to send notifications to my android or my wife's iPhone. This meant someone could be in my house taking everything and I would never know unless I went to live view. Called customer service 3 times and they couldn't get it to work either, so I finally returned to camera and cancelled my subscription, the kicker was Dlink would not refund the 50.00 for the subscription , said they don't control it Google does and the policey is no refunds. Thank goodness Best Buy gave a full refund for the camera! I personally will never buy another Dlink product as I also had trouble with a router from them.

We bought this camera a couple months back to watch our dog while we're at work. I regret not returning it when I had the chance.. This camera freezes more than it does anything else and I find it absolutely infuriating. I am sure there are other options that are better than this for $100.00

Hardware is ok, but the software/app is horrible. Very glitchy. I had to agree to terms every time I opened the app. I have 2 of these cameras set up and they showed up on the app 5x each. Called for CS, got no where...

There is no way im going to connect this cam up to my system after the problems I had just trying to get it activated. Im not going to change security settings and furthermore why does the Dlink email go to my spam everytime. This has become another waste of time on an inferior product that apparently has known issues. Im dissatisfied to say the least. Bestbuy should not have this crap on the shelves. Trust the negative reviews,I think the 5 stars are all computer generated lies.

This thing is complete junk. It cannot connect to any network although it has an IP and is sending traffic across the network. Terrible design and zero quality control make this a camera to avoid. I returned it.

I was not able to connect it. Tried numerous settings on my router. Would not recommend.

Waste of money. Stops working conveniently right after returns aren’t accepted. Absolute junk and total joke of a product. Do not waste your money.

This camera does not support any web interface or 3rd party support. It is a joke to try and use this thing on a phone app. Will be returning this ASAP.
