Got this camera as recommended by a friend from a Best Buy local store. Had troubles setting it up using the app and I really do not want to call phone support since I had some poor experience in the past (from a different brand). Did not have a choice and had to call after trying to setup the camera for half an hour. I was surprised with Dlink phone support since the agent I got is very pleasant to talk to and she talks clearly! (C6834987) Did took us awhile to set it up but that was alright since she did not let me feel like a nuisance and patiently walked me through. Give her a raise since she definitely deserves it! I would recommend this product to my friends because of the support I got!

I've been looking for a IP camera just to check my house while I'm at work now that I've let my dog out all day by himself. I went against my gut feeling (always bad experiences with dlink routers) and purchased this anyway. Set up was pretty simple. No issues there. However, quality is not that great. I know it's not supposed to be an HD camera, but for this prices, this is not good. It's noisy when panning the room and the lighting ON THE FRONT blinks when you're viewing it live. Now why would I want the camera light blinking when I'm viewing it!? The worst part cam when the camera just disconnected itself from my account. Meaning I had the camera set up, was using it. And then a few hours later I log onto the app and it tells me I have no camera on my account. So I go to the website and same thing there. That was the final straw. Took it back. Do yourself a favor and look at Armcrest cameras. Much better, way for features for cheaper. Been working great with no issues for me.
