Was looking for a basic IP camera. Works as expected. Easy setup. Good color vision during day and good night vision. Great Android ap available for viewing on the go while away. Has capability to capture pictures (not video). Viewing live video while on phone uses high data on 4g, recommend using while connected via wi-fi. Can set up alert notifications to notify you via email of noises or movement. Can move camera viewing angle via the ap.

Easy to use. Gives me sense of security with being able to monitor home from anywhere

Awsome!! Would recommend to any one looking for wifi baby monitor or security camera.

No sound 20 days after purchase, had to pay for insurance again on the exchanged device. These camera always have a glitch or 2. They work most of time but tend to lose the wifi signal for some reason. And it's not my wifi, I have use these for about 3 yrs, and about four different models. They are great but to many issues at times.

I bought 2 of these camera's to suppliment an app on my iPhone/iPad , Manything to keep an eye on my house while I'm out of town.... helps keep my 19 yo sons "honest" ! lol

Functionality is great. I wish it were a little inconspicuous and easier to mount.

Audio is slow to come in, and goes offline often. Picture is good for the price. Always getting message is offline, and hard to access camera when receive alerts at times..would recommend as a starter.

Worked great while I was on vacation. Peace of mind knowing that I could remotely view my entranceway and patio while I was away. I guess for the dollar amount I got what I paid for. More advanced features would only come with a more expensive device.

dlink needs to get their act in order. their support leaves a lot to be desired

Bought this to assess if a possum that invaded my crawl space was still around. Captured good infrared pictures in the dark; small and lightweight. The antena was necessary as it was far from my router and 2 floors below. No loss of signal. Tried a Belkin first but without an adjustable antenna the wireless signal would not capture. My only complaint is the less than detailed manual. When the camera got knocked over and dragged a few feet it went out of focus. I figured there had to be a focus adjustment but nothing was mentioned. I was a little afraid to turn the ring at the front but figured an out of focus camera was no use anyway. It turned hard but corrected the focus. A little detail in the manual would have been nice. Works fine now. PS... Eventually captured the possum outside and released him a few miles away. I gave it 4 stars because the Belkin captured video but this only captured still pictures.

The camera is pretty much plug and play with no hitches. But it also provides online customizable capabilities for enhanced viewing.

This is the decent camera for the price but it gives me false alarm frequently.

This camera works great for what we use it for. The mydlink app is free, and you can live stream to a mobile device. The mobile app allows you to take snapshots that are instantly saved to your smartphone. When viewing the camera from the mydlink website, it's actually slower to respond than the mobile app. Also, if you take a snapshot from the web browser, it takes much longer to process. From the moment you click the photo button, to the time it processes the picture, if there's a subject in view when you hit the button, they will likely be gone by the time the website generates the image. Overall we are very pleased with this camera. We are looking to add a second unit and the NVR device for recording.

Great camera to use when not home, can control from phone but a little laggy.

I am using this camera at my 2nd. home and am able to keep an eye on my boat in the channel from the window of the condo. I am very pleased with the capabilities of this camera. the app. works great on my I-Phone

Basic pan and tilt camera - sends email alerts but does not save video

I realized after I purchased this and brought it home that I would have to be on a live network and have the risk of a hacker getting into our camera views so I returned this promptly. I'm sure this would be great as a security measure but I just needed a video monitor for our infant daughter

Works very well. But do not record image or voice through SD card

Awesome camera! The app for the phone works great, these are a must have form simple entry level cameras. With the additional device you can purchase it makes these cameras great for recording!
