Was a huge fan of the original release and put in well over 50 hours into the game. Was on the fence about buying the season pass, but when I saw this great deal on BestBuy I knew I had to pick it up and it was well worth it. If you have yet to play this amazingly beautiful, rewarding, and sometimes frustrating game then now is the time to dig in and explore the haunting and relentless experience of Dark Souls!

This game can be picked up by anyone new and old to the Dark Souls series; new comers may not get all of the references located within the game and need to remain calm at the difficulty, and old players who haven't picked it up will want to with all the DLC included. Either way you will definitely get your money's worth in how much time you will invest in playing; primarily the many deaths you will be accumulating until the end.

You will die. You'll try again. You'll get killed again, but notice a hitch in that enemy's swing. You'll try again, and this time you'll bury them. You'll feel good. And then you repeat his process through a dozen other bosses. This game continues this series fantastic ambience, and excellent combat, and most importantly, the series acknowledged lack of handholding and often demanding difficulty.

Dark Souls is for those who like challenge and a deep rich story that youll have to dig for.

If you like a challenging game that doesn't hold your hand, then this is the game for you.

Non stop action in a mid-evil setting … tons of freaky characters, crazy mazes. Always a challenge that keeps you on top of your game. Only played for a few days, but will update when I advance through the levels.

This game will keep you engaged. A great way to start the series if you're new to it.
