I'm so sorry I can not remember the installers name, I apologize. That being said he did an outstand job and did it fast. I walked around the store and before I knew it they were paging me that my truck was ready. He also set up recording rules and gave me a brief explanation of how to use it. This was an excellent job by him and I've already told people about him.

The technician is a pro at what he does. Its not my first time going to him to install things for me. Done in no time and professional too. Never have a problem with ant installation i have gotten there.

I wanted my dashcam installed so there wouldn't be any wires showing or the screen a distraction and that's exactly what I got. The front dashcam is in front of the rearview mirror and it took me a minute to see the rear camera. My installer was friendly, helpful, personable and finished the install in less time than was quoted. It looks like the cameras came with my car!

The installation price was much cheaper than what was quoted by other Installation Businesses. The Installer did an excellent job running the wires, but the camera wouldn't stay mounted where he initially mounted it to (plastic cover behind mirror). I was able to remount on windshield with static windshield sticker and that seems to do it.

The guy who put on my camera was really straightforward and on it and when i asked him for how the camera works he took the extra time to show me how it works

I had my new front and back dash cams installed by a Best Buy Install tech. At first he told me it will take 2.5 hours to complete. But it was finished in just under 1 hour. So far, everything is working great. My only complaint is ( out had nothing to do with the intallation) there is absolutely no seating while you wait. I'm a disabled senior citizen and I cannot stand or walk long. I was lucky they had an available wheelchair so I sat in that. But my other family members had to sit on the floor.

Did a few installs with geek squad. Would definitely do again. Not expensive.

After the Nick, the technician, installed my dashcam, I later found it did not work right because the seller had sent me the wrong hardwire kit. When I returned to BestBuy to ask what I should do, the manager Jacob told me to bring it on in for rewire. Nick re-wired it at no additional cost and it works great. The service was truly outstanding!

The install went great, but I had to drive for 90 minutes to have is installed, as my local Myrtle Beach SC store can't find any technicians to hire.
