The agents put a gps and a back up & front camera inside my car , excellent job .

The agent mounted my front and rear dash camera. Excellent service and professional job hiding the wires. He also hard wired the camera by running a harness under the dash to the fuse box in the engine bay. The appointment process was simple and the installation was less than one hour. I was very pleased with the service!

The Geek Squad installed two Garmin Dash Cams in my vehicle. The tech was very friendly and helped me decide where to install both cameras. He finished in under two hours installing both cameras. I am very pleased with the installation.

Best Buy Techs do not commit to long term employment and do not learn all products. Most are just getting the experience to take it elsewhere. Tech turnover is crazy at Best buy. You go there today and in a few weeks you expect to see Joe and Tom replaced Joe cause he left already. I experienced knowing a little more than the Techs themselves. But they learn to figure it out if it's a Best Buy purchase

Great support to install an after market camera. Easy to setup an appointment and got confirmation email on calls before coming in with the car and camera. Staff was really friendly and only had to wait a couple of hours for the install. Confirmed it all worked and happily on my way.

The man did an excellent job on mounting everything that was involved, he was also there to answer any questions after the mounting was processed. I’m totally pleased with everything he had done, and then the time he had done it in perfect.

Had a dash cam installed by Levi Kathan and couldn't be happier with the entire process. Levi initially walked me through with what he planned to do, asked me several questions to make sure he understood my preferences and kept me informed during the install process. He even followed up several days later to check in and see if I had any questions. Great experience with a true install professional!

My Wife loves this Dash Camera and I love Geek Squad for installing it the correct way - Video starts when the vehicle is started and shuts off when car is shut off. The gentleman who installed this unit was exceptional professional and made us feel like we counted in the process.

They did a good job of installing the dashcam But..there was a headliner plug missing and also hen it rained there was a leak that stained the headliner. I called them up and i was told to come back and they would take care of it..which they did minus the headliner plug which i can probably get at get at KIA..it hasn't rained since i brought it back but when washed i will take a look at it..but other than that they were very nice and professional

He did a great job, and was super nice. The agents on the phone scheduled me for the wrong location but he still did it! And when the dash cam fell because the original sticky tape wasnt sticky enough he fixed it super fast! Great work!

Amazing dash cam installation by the agent. It was a 2 channel dash cam installed so quick and professional. The wires are all hidden and he even hard wired it.
