Amazing dash cam installation by the agent. It was a 2 channel dash cam installed so quick and professional. The wires are all hidden and he even hard wired it.

Best Buy successfully installed my dash cam. So far, it appears to be functioning correctly. However, I have a minor issue with the connection to the wifi. It requires manual setup each time I enter the vehicle. On a positive note, the video quality is quite clear.

installation technician was very courteous and helpful over and above what I consider the norm for Geek Squad staff. He was very helpful in explaining how the equipment works and how I can adjust its use to my needs. he also went above and beyond helping me as I am unable to walk and use a walker! Bravo to him!!!!!

They installed my front and rear dash cam. It was very fast and they took the time after the install walking me through how the camera works on the app on my phone. I would 100% recommend this service it was completely worth it.

Best Buy installed a dash cam that I received as a gift, but not purchased at Best Buy. I found the install team did an excellent job. They were courteous, and appeared to be very knowledgable. I was pleased with the experience. The only fact which is somewhat negative was I had to wait a month for the appointment. Other than that minor inconvenience, the experience was positive.

First time using BB install service. Price is reasonable and professionally done. Warranty is included if there is any issues with install. I am not a diy kind a guy so glad i had it done professionally. Highly recommend BB installation.

The reason I bought this dash cam was the offer for free installation. Danny did a great job, hiding the wires, connecting the device to power, recommending where to install it to meet my desire to not have it intrude into my vision while driving, and explaining to me at a high level what I needed to know about operation.

My tech was highly proficient and personable. He went above and beyond to install dash cam in the correct location and went the extra mile to hide all wires, including the ones for the rear camera (he threaded it through the tube). Very clean installation.

He was very efficient and thorough. He was finished before I knew it. Just wish that he was a little more patient with explaining to me how to retrieve video if I were to ever need proof of an incident. I am not tech savvy.

The two gentlemen that installed the dash cam we bought were incredible! They were both very courteous, efficient and thorough! They had the job done in about half the time they said it might take and definitely went above and beyond! I don't have their names, unfortunately.

The Guys that installed my dash cam were very good at what they did. They also helped me find the SIM card to make my cam 100 percent operational. I would suggest these guys to anyone. If I need anymore items installed you can bet I’ll use these guys again
