I have a Alfa Romoe Stelvio, and I paid $99 to have dash camera installed with rear park camera. It took 4 hours to complete the job. I noticed my driver's side seat-belt was not operating properly after the install (that is the side they routed the camera through to the back). The button/slider that adjusts the height of the seat-belt was broken by the installer. Check your car prior to leaving. I thought I could snap it back into place, however it appears to have been broken and will need to be replaced. This is dangerous because in an accident the seat-belt may not work properly when needed. It is my belief that the panel that covers the seat-belt and air bag was taken off was not placed back properly. I did not take car back or bring to their attention because I am sure they would deny it. Pictures 1 and 2 are the driver seat-belt (damaged); pictures 3 and 4 are the passenger side--the appearance of both prior to camera install. Cameras appear to be installed properly (hard-wired) and working properly. Thus the rating of 2.

Fantastic crew at Destin Best Buy. Installed front and rear cameras. Wired under headliner completely out of sight. Even manufactured a metal bracket to mount rear cameras securely. Also took time to demonstrate camera functions and link to my phone to explain operation.

Had Best Buy install in March, a 2 channel dashcam. They had to take my old one out and put in the new one. It was installed under 30 mins. I thought that was a short amount a time. Go get my car, the front dashcam was not installed like I told them to install it. My seatbelt was not working. They installed the front dashcam where I wanted it and fixed my seatbelt. 2 weeks later I noticed that a trim near the back seat was sticking out and moving. I called the best buy install center, left messages. No one returned my call. I took my car back and the tech looked at the rear c pillar trim where they installed the back dashcam wire, saw that is moves when pressing on it. The tech tried pushing the panel back in and told me it will be that way because the dashcam wire is under it. (As you can see in the photo, you can move the panel with your finger and see under it.) I took it to my car dealer, they told me either they broke the trim that is why it is not clicking in, or installed the cable wrong that is why is moving. I call Best Buy Geek squad and spoke to someone and I was told the Store will call me back. It has been a week and no one has call me back. I am so upset that no one called me back. Never again.
