The installation looks good but the Micro SD was not loaded into it and I did nor receive any instructions on how to connect it to my phone. My sone purchased 2 systems for his cars at the Best Buy in Virginia and he was given very detailed instructions on how they operated and how to pair them with his phone. I was told everything you need is in the book so just read it. Although he was very nice I think that was poor service.

The technician installed my front and rear cameras,did a great job. Very clean install,it did take a little longer than expected but was well worth it.

But your phone system requires a LOT of work! I spent over an hour on the phone trying to reach this department & location only to be humiliated & extremely frustrated to get the Philippines not just once but 3 separate occasions in regards to my dashcam order due to be installed on the 29th is to be returned to St Johns Town Center on the 28th. What, Best Buy, a supposedly superior tech company, can’t answer their own phones during business hours?

This is our third install by Best Buy on dash cams for our vehicles. Cheyenne is wonderful and got me out of my last appointment in an hour flat!

The camera is working great. We did have an issues with the back camera coming loose but they fixed it immediately when we brought it without having to make an appointment

Installed a front and rear dashcam in a 23 kia sportage. Couldnt have asked for a better install. You cant even see the wire and nothing was damaged during install. Been going great since.
