Got my Wolfbox front dash and rear dash cameras installed on my 2020 Ford Edge Titanium for $100 prepaid rather than going to my regular mechanic. Less than 1 day later, my rear camera fell off and is looking into my rear cargo hold. :(. Luckily, with install complete, work is under warranty to correct. I have another appointment to fix and remount rear camera. I'll update after this week's re-do appointment. My daughter-in-law l, Azeneth, to take her brand new 2025 Kia K4 to our regular mechanic instead due to this situation. ((Sigh))

I can't say enough about the team that helped me, Elliot the manager was awesome and helpful, I can't forget to mention Zac,the gentleman that installed the dashcam, he was very professional, friendly and explained everything I needed to know about my system, this is definitely the store that I will be shopping at, since the store I used to go to unfortunately closed.

The installation looks good, the camera seems to work and the main camera wires are not seen. The rear view camera wire is exposed where it needs to be. However, there was no demonstration on the workings of the cameras after install and when I asked about linking it to an app on my phone, I was told by the installer that “he’s very good at that kind of thing. I should look at a few utube videos or google it.” After all I purchased this camera after receiving advise from this same geek squad member. I could have gone to any store but I choose Best Buy because of previous fabulous experiences with the geek squad. Not this store. I just won’t be doing business here again.
