The installer mounted and plugged in the dash camera through out my car. Very professional. Ran all the wires to sheets I couldn’t see them and was very respectful. Definetly would recommend

I had a good experience overall. It was quick, painless, and inexpensive. After I got in my car I was like, "Man this thing is super big, I kind of hate it", but after some research, the technician just put it in an awkward spot and put it too low. After consulting a car buddy of mine and asking Reddit, I was able to remove it and place it in a better location with the extra sticky pad that comes in the box. Now it's in a much better location and less in my face! I wish the technician asked me about the placement prior to install, or at least provided some info on it. Because then it'd be my fault it's placed weird, in this case, I blame him. All that said, at the end of the day I'd honestly go back and recommend it to a friend. With this experience, I will be more specific on placement prior to installation next time. Take the product out of the box, simulate it's location with some velcro sitckers, and just see how I like the placement. Then communicate that the the technician.

Couldn't recommend their services enough! I bought a dashcam with a rear view too through Amazon and they hooked it up within an hour. It's been a full year and still no issues with it or any wires coming loose.

Had my dashcam and rear camera installed, and this guy absolutely nailed it. He did such a clean, professional job on both my cars—and even my uncle’s car—that I’m convinced he might secretly be part ninja. Wires? Invisible. Cameras? Perfectly placed. Stress? Gone. If you want someone who works fast, knows what he’s doing, and leaves your car looking like it came from the factory with the cameras, he’s your guy. Highly recommend!

Did an excellent job with the installation and explaining the camera

I bought my dashcams online and had Best Buy install them for me. The installation was done very professionally and they also gave me 3 months time to get back If sometime doesn’t feel right in writing (Ofcourse I didn’t have to use it) And the price was so affordable and much better than what ridiculous price auto shops charge

I was doing research on dash cams and came across MyNex Base front and rear cams. I purchased my front cam from My Next Base and the rear and wiring from Best Buy, which was currently out of stock for the from cam. I had Geek Squad install it and love it the guys done a great job.

Works like it is supposed to. The installation was professionally done and the camera captures everything it is supposed to. Honestly if there is an incident the camera will pay for itself.

I had a dashcam installed for front winshield view / inside view / and rear view. Installer was very professional. I had this installed in may and wanted to give it some time before I wrote a review. I have not had any problems and would definitely use best but to install another dashcam.

The installation was done very cleanly. My only minor issue, and I take responsibility for not being more proactive about it, is that I wish there had been some consultation about dash camera mounting locations for the front-facing camera. I was hoping it could have been installed in a less distracting location. But, I'm not sure if an alternate location would have caused issues with the side-facing cameras being able to see out of the side windows. Otherwise, the Geek Squad staff were very friendly. I would definitely use them again.

The agent that did my install was very professional and went above and beyond to install my camera service. My install was very unique because of my back window that has the ability to go down. Best Buy needs more agents like him.

I returned to the store two weeks later, and the same technician fixed the issue promptly without charging any additional fee. The technician displayed friendly behavior and professionalism throughout the process, which made the experience more pleasant. Overall, a reliable service experience despite the initial hiccup.

Had a dual dashcam hard-wired into the fuse box of a 2005 Honda Accord for my daughter. They did an excellent job with no issues. All wires were properly concealed, and dashcam orientation was perfect. Started on time and took about an hour. This device works great. Requires a 4K monitor for optimal platback.

Quick and easy. Our tech was done in less than an hour and our dash cam works great to this day. All the cables were hidden and it was expertly placed.

Everyone, especially those in the Geek Squad were extremely nice and helpful with the installation of my dashcam and went to great lengths to explain the different features and how to use them.
