I had the Cobra SC 250R installed recently. This is a great product and has the front and rear cameras. I had it installed by Geek Squad and it was done with a great technician. The only downside is that the technician did not tell me about the Drive Smarter alert system. The connection cord was left in the box. The app is called "Drive Smarter". The app analyzes driving habits, including speed limits, smooth braking, cornering, and acceleration: Drivers receive a weekly score (Green, Amber, Red). Safe driving earns points that can be exchanged for up to $216.29 a year in rewards. It is mandatory for customers under 30 (or with drivers under 30) on the Mobility Scheme. Data is used for insurance and safety purposes; however, it has raised concerns regarding surveillance, as it monitors behaviors like night-time driving.

Did a great job at installing my equipment I would recommend to use them if needed

This was my 2nd time getting this service. The first time was about 8 months before. They did a good job and it was helpful when i was rear ended a couple months back. I decided to come back and get it installed on my new car as well. This time the service tech added the feature for the dash cam to work when the car is turned off. I was using the same dash cam and i the tech didn't add that feature on my other car so i am appreciative. I recommend this service. I just wish that best buy would offer it on the site, you have to call it in if you want to get both front and rear installation.

I brought in my Rove R2-4K dash cam for both front and rear installation, and they completely exceeded my expectations. They told me the install would take about an hour and a half, but they had everything done in just 30 minutes. They were quick, efficient, and extremely professional. Their customer service was outstanding—they walked me through the setup, answered every question, and made sure everything was functioning perfectly before I left. And let me just say this: the price for installation at Best Buy is better than anywhere else in all of Atlanta. I did my research—nobody could beat it. Huge shoutout to Eddie, Moses, and Jason for doing such a fantastic job. If you’re getting a dash cam installed or need any Geek Squad service, this is the team you want!

The Best But tech mounted the dash cam with ease and precision.

Best Buy installation of dash cams is awesome. I've used them to install four sets of the Nextbase 622 dash cam. This included installing the wire connection between the front and rear cameras and connecting the dash cam to my electrical service. The online scheduling tool was easy and the install excellent, plus the price was right.

The installation was quick and quality job. The price is very reasonable.

Device was installed well no complaints there - only complaint I have is the timeframe for the install and options for waiting. The dash cam I had installed was booked as a one hour and a half appt- upon arrival there were several other people waiting and only 2 techs working so I knew it was gonna be a while however there were only two chairs in the garage for customers to wait and both were taken so I took the only other option provided to me which was to browse the store during the appt. I walked around the store for two and a half hours not a single word from anyone in install. I finally got fed up with waiting and tired as there was no where to sit I went back to the office and knocked on the door until someone heard me and opened it. He informed me my car had been done he just didn’t process the paperwork yet. Again the work itself was solid however I think there could be Improvement on communication and customer accommodations during long waits such as improved waiting areas etc.

The technicians installed my front and rear dash cam in relatively short period of time. The installation was very neat and the dash cam works well. I was provided with an explanation of the set up and operation of the device.

The best discussion this year. Not only is my Jeep ready with this dash cam, but it also has a dash and a rear cam. Oh If someone hits the Jeep, and I'm not there, the cam records everything!

The techs that installed my dash cameras did a great job with a clean installation. They were able to answer any questions I had about their services, and they made sure I knew how to operate specific features after finishing installation. I really appreciate their attitude and upfront answers when it came to costs, time estimates, and ability to perform specific work.

The installer mounted and plugged in the dash camera through out my car. Very professional. Ran all the wires to sheets I couldn’t see them and was very respectful. Definetly would recommend

Couldn't recommend their services enough! I bought a dashcam with a rear view too through Amazon and they hooked it up within an hour. It's been a full year and still no issues with it or any wires coming loose.

I was doing research on dash cams and came across MyNex Base front and rear cams. I purchased my front cam from My Next Base and the rear and wiring from Best Buy, which was currently out of stock for the from cam. I had Geek Squad install it and love it the guys done a great job.
