The team who helped us on Maryland Parkway branch provided good service and was on point when explaining the details of the work that needs to be done. They were also very prompt to call you/ notify you once the installation is completed.

Cung is an excellent technician. He is very helpful and always ready to assist. A "Karen " customer was yelling at Cung. But, he was very calm and complete the task.

They really messed up the install first time they had to come out twice then after a year my security cameras stopped working the connections were corroded they did not install the weather guard correctly. They came back to install the replacement cameras and weather guard and didn’t clean up there mess and did not put on the weather guard on correctly again on one of the cameras so they came back to correct it and clean up there mess. I gave them 3 stars only because they were quick to come and fix there mistakes unless I would have given 2 stars

Geek squad delivered my washer and dryer. Washer is very heavy, they handled it well going into my basement. Very good lifting techniques used. I was given very good information from Geek squad delivers about washer and dryer set up and operation.

The installer was very nice and kept me informed of what was going on with my car installation. once my car was don, he explained what he did and showed me my car. Once I got the car home, I checked the cameras and noticed the rear camera was stalled upside down. I also noticed that my car alarm would no longer arm. I called and informed the installer what was wrong and he said if I dropped the car off next week he could look at it. He would need the car all day. I originally excepted but later knew I couldn't do without my car all day because of work. I cancelled and made the next available appointment which was 2 months out. I took my car to the dealer to fix the alarm issue.

Using the Geek squad for my dash cam installation wasas easy as falling down. Made an appointment, showed up no waiting done. Instsll was really well done. I would HIGHLY recommnd your service.

They are doing a really good job but not the one on Charleston store and I will never go back to Charleston store special the manager there he should get fired

They did an awesome job installing my cameras on my car. I'm thinking of getting another camera for my other car and will have them install it. Highly recommend them.

I took my car in for a dash camera to be install. The service technician tried to get me to by a new power outlet cigarette lighter for the installation. I refused because I didn't see a need for that since I have a 2025 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid Limited and the dash cam works just fine. He told me that was policy and he couldn't do the installation unless I buy it. I left and got a refund to my account. I feel that they shouldn't be trying to sell you things that you don't need.

Geek Squad was great, I have no complaints. It was installed just as they stated and in the time frame they stated. And he was very helpful in explaining the dashcam features to me. I would definitely recommend them.

Anthony went out of his way to rearrange an installation date for me after some confusion about needing a different wiring harness. He did a great job on the installation and explained the various details of the cam. Very much appreciated.
