We were having a problem with our Dash Cam that we bought from Best Buy. It was not working properly. Geek Squad took a look at it and found that it was defected. They replaced and installed a new one for us.

Josh, the installer, was done in less than an hour. Quickly showed me a few things and said the Guide would help me. No criticism on the installer, only Cobra which failed to include operational information.

Everything was installed as expected. I had an issue after a few weeks with some adhesive on the rear camera and it was immediately addressed very professionally.

I had a great installation experience, and in the 2+ months since i had my devices install all is still working great.

Installed front and rear dash cams. Install speed was okay. Didn’t ask any questions about what I wanted specifically. All employees I asked said parking mode wasn’t a thing when I realized it wasn’t working. That’s the reason I wanted the cam hardwired. One of the fuse taps was in one of the ignition fuses. After the install, I asked about how the wires were routed. They said the routing wouldn’t cause issues. The rear cam’s cable is routed through the C pillar (back left pillar). This is where the key fob sensor is. I have had continuous issues locking and unlocking my car since the installation. Didn’t receive all hardware back that I provided.
