James was awesome! He installed the cameras in my car quickly and in the perfect location. He gave me the overview of what to expect and how to use.

Installer went above and beyond for service and to give instructions on installation, his recommendations. Best customer service I have had in years, possibly the best.

The installer did a great job. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was a 1.5 hour install took much longer.

The young man installed my dash cam, set it up as asked then showed me how to operate it manually & also via the app after helping download it.

Dash cam was a good buy. Worked well in the car and was well used in car.

So far so good, will have to see if continues. They were professional, and timely. I was not told about having to use a separate devise in my package to install.

The technician that installed the camera did not install it correctly. I purchased my dashcam from another place than BestBuy so when i went back to tell him he did a mistake he said he doesnt know the specifications of the camera and when i told him the specifications he would tell me im wrong. I still need to go somewhere else to get it done.

Good mounting of the wiring and rear cam, but I had to re-mount the front camera so it wasn't blocking the eyelineunder the rearview mirror.

Installation was faster than estimated and the agent explained how everything worked and was very helpful and knowledgeable.
