Doug was nice, professional and quick. The only picky thing is he left the backing from the adhesive in my car but that really is picky. It was a nice clean job otherwise.

Overall I had a good experience Geek Squad service.

When I asked for help selecting dash cams I was given false information (i.e., that there would be a cabin camera), it took me 5 trips to a store that is 45 minutes from my home to finally get dash cams installed I was told it would take an hour and a half to install —it took three and a half hours— while waiting I browsed through the store and sales people stopped and questioned me numerous times. In the end I was left with exposed wires (they weren’t long enough to span the length of my car this after I already had to schedule a second installation appointment because the first time they ordered the car lighter adapter instead of a hardwire kit) also I spent almost two hours on the phone with customer service during which I was transferred 4 times and had to rehash this awful experience as many times. In the end I was told I would receive a call back —never happened — so I took everything back to the store and requested a full refund. Had the BB employees I dealt with sought help when they couldn’t answer my questions (instead of just making things up) this would not have occurred.

Will absolutely come back to this store for any installs I need in my vehicles.
