Rear camera upside down. No instructions

It was ready on time. but he didn't go over the app and how to use the unit. He installed the back camera upside down and once i figured out how to use the app and viewed the files for back camera i realized it was recording the sky and top of trees. I will have to make another 100 mile trip to have it corrected.

Dash camera installation

I made an appointment right away to get it installed at best buy. The camera works great. However the left side of my car is no longer working. Meaning theres buttons that do not work ever since the installation. I have tried contacting the store multiple times only to end up being transferred to the wrong department or being left on hold for unreasonable amounts of time.
