This is an over due review. We installed a dash cam at Best Buy. This was our 3rd time we used Best Buy to install a dash cam on our cars. The technicians were very helpful and we are always happy with their service.

I was, no I am, so thrilled with the professional installation of both cameras (front and rear). I was blown away when I received the phone call from the tech letting me know that I would need one additional part. No one ever told either myself or my husband, who purchased the cameras as a gift. I absolutely love it - not in my vision. Such a great job!

The installation was done very cleanly. My only minor issue, and I take responsibility for not being more proactive about it, is that I wish there had been some consultation about dash camera mounting locations for the front-facing camera. I was hoping it could have been installed in a less distracting location. But, I'm not sure if an alternate location would have caused issues with the side-facing cameras being able to see out of the side windows. Otherwise, the Geek Squad staff were very friendly. I would definitely use them again.

This is a great product. Both front and rear camera and records in park mode.

I had my mirror dash cam installed at a Best Buy store, and the service technician did a commendable job. While the installation was efficient and the camera setup was done well, there was a minor issue with the seat belt after the process. I returned to the store two weeks later, and the same technician fixed the issue promptly without charging any additional fee. The technician displayed friendly behavior and professionalism throughout the process, which made the experience more pleasant. Overall, a reliable service experience despite the initial hiccup.

The young man that did my dash cam install was very professional and took the time to show me some of the features of my new dash cam. He also did an excellent job on the installation. I'm very pleased with Best Buy's service.

Quick and easy. Our tech was done in less than an hour and our dash cam works great to this day. All the cables were hidden and it was expertly placed.

Used Geek Squad to install the dadh cam and the installation was quick,clean look and works well,although the product was from another source. It looks and works great! And the installeeven took the time to show me how to use the downloaded app!

I purchased a Vantrue N4 dash cam which BestBuy did not sell and used Geek squad for installation. They were able to do it in an hour and texted me when done. Very professional and it has been a month and everything is great.

I had a good experience overall. It was quick, painless, and inexpensive. After I got in my car I was like, "Man this thing is super big, I kind of hate it", but after some research, the technician just put it in an awkward spot and put it too low. After consulting a car buddy of mine and asking Reddit, I was able to remove it and place it in a better location with the extra sticky pad that comes in the box. Now it's in a much better location and less in my face! I wish the technician asked me about the placement prior to install, or at least provided some info on it. Because then it'd be my fault it's placed weird, in this case, I blame him. All that said, at the end of the day I'd honestly go back and recommend it to a friend. With this experience, I will be more specific on placement prior to installation next time. Take the product out of the box, simulate it's location with some velcro sitckers, and just see how I like the placement. Then communicate that the the technician.

Very helpful and honest guys here. They not only helped me with the bad decision I made on a dash cam but I was able to get the crappy rexing out and much nicer and cheaper thinkware in within a day. Plus they helped me get the loan taken care of. Very friendly nice guys! Will return for my remote start when winter gets closer!

Did a great job on installing cobra dash cam. We’re on time and explained how dash cam worked

Had a dual dashcam hard-wired into the fuse box of a 2005 Honda Accord for my daughter. They did an excellent job with no issues. All wires were properly concealed, and dashcam orientation was perfect. Started on time and took about an hour. This device works great. Requires a 4K monitor for optimal platback.

The guy (I forgot his name) did a very quick and NEAT job on the installments for both my boyfriend and my cars. At first my car kept saying it could not detect the key and I thought it was due to the installation but it was my fob. Very happy with the results of the installment. I would actually pay to have them install a door cam.

Mounted by Best Buy they did a really good job!! I have a gle 53 coupe and they were very professional and truly did a great job. They didn’t mess up any part of the new car I was very impressed

Works like it is supposed to. The installation was professionally done and the camera captures everything it is supposed to. Honestly if there is an incident the camera will pay for itself.

Installation went quickly and smoothly! Missing one part and when I came back two days later, they fit me in for another quick fix.
