    300 dollars for a dashcam that doesn't work and the rexing app doesn't function as it should. I had it installed by the technician at best buy and the dash camera still is trash.

    Showed up at my appointment time and no one was there. Had to walk into the store and find someone to help me Took a very long time. Almost 3 hours. When it was supposed to be one.

    When I purchased the Rexing Max Pro, the installation fee was listed as $100. However, when I brought my car in for installation, I was told it would actually cost $180. Ultimately, I didn’t proceed because the product wasn’t compatible with my car. The product matching and installation fee systems at Best Buy failed, leaving me very disappointed.
