    Worst experience. They canceled my appointment while i was in the store. Multiple geek squad kiosk is in the store. I ended up in the wrong one which I didn’t know then someone from this team directed to installation department where they already cancelled my appointment and forced me to reschedule it 3 weeks later. Definitely 0 star service

    Cobra Dash Cam and rear recorder.

    The Cobra package we bought had to be returned and new package installed due to fact the Camera would not upgrade when asked and kept locking up the screen on phone. But they replaced with different Model, Thinkware and were very happy with it. Thank You

    When it was time to install the cameras on my truck. The installer was not on time to received me. Then after asking other workers to see what was the hold up. He still did not show up. Then it was to the point i aske for a refund of my money and left the store.

    They installed the camera upside down and we then had to figure out how to fix it. Also went to pick it up and they just sat in the other persons car one on there phone and the other not helping me get my car.

    Install service never done yet. Yet Best Buy indicates service complete. I was charged and paid for installation to occur early January 24, now no schedule on Best Buy’s books. Customer service has not helped at all.

    Got my dashcam all set up by the technicians in New Braunfels. However, still no idea how to use it. I've gone over the manual, but it was not helpful. How do I get someone to explain it to me?

    I bought the camera, paid and scheduled the installation, and when I arrived at the scheduled installation date, I was not in the system!

    Terrible service, unprofessional staff!! I email them about experience which they already know but they did bother to respond. They broke my car ceiling lining, the broke the cover to my fuse box, they wired my car wrong after I told them 3 times how I wanted it done.

    This was by far the worst experience at best but that I’ve ever had. If I could give no stars I would. The employee doing the install needs anger management classes and shouldn’t work with the public.

    I can't recommend this service. The employee was super unfriendly, uncooperative and had a no-do attitude. My car now makes noises which it didn't prior to Geek Squad's work.

    The technician was horrible that did the installation of our dash cam. He was not very knowledgeable of the product that he was installing.
