Dash cam didnt work. Install tech was unfriendly. Was asked to drive to another store to pickup a replacement and drive back

Brought my truck in for camera install and they damage my d/s door

I do not like the camera and should have never purchased it!

I had a front and back dash cam installed and everything went great. The instillation was quick and the geek squad team was super helpful. Before I left, they made sure I knew how to operate the dash cam features and walked me through setting up the cam app.

Braden, I believe, did my installation. He was super knowledgeable and helpful and did a fantastic job. He showed me some basic and important functionality for my new dashcam and I have just nothing but great things to say! My ONLY complaint is on Best Buy! I needed to schedule my install for the rear-dashcam and tell the store NOT to return the dashcam since I couldn't get an appointment before their email that they were going to return the item back to inventory. NO WAY TO CONTACT THE STORE. Just transfer after transfer until you finally just leave a message and hope it gets handled. That is just infuriating to me. It did work out, but I was very disappointed in that one aspect of my interaction with Best Buy.

The installer was very professional and a good communicator. After installing my dash cam he took the time to show me how it works, how to connect to the Internet so my videos save to the cloud. The installation was very nice! The cables are barely visible except where they plug into the camera so no wires hang out anywhere. I’ve wanted this done for some time. This was my gift to me. Thank you so much for great service!

The geek squad walked me through the features of my dash cam and installed it quickly and efficiently. Went above and beyond to make sure my experience went well. Installed the camera in less than an hour. Will return for any future installations I need!

The BestBuy Mobile install center in Danbury Ct. was simply fantastic for this service. It was done in under an hour and on time, the bays were neat and clean. I would not hesitate to use the Danbury location for any car installs going forward. First rate service
